During your stay, the home is all yours! You will have full access to the property.
Other Things to Note:
LOCAL RESIDENTS - Locals MUST contact me prior to booking. We do NOT allow parties so please do NOT book if you plan to have a party or to have friends over.
NO PARTIES - Parties, events, and gatherings are not allowed (unless previously agreed upon, in writing, at the time of booking). Please mention if you plan to have guests over who are not included in your reservation.
DOORBELL CAMERA - There is a doorbell camera outside the front door that points towards the driveway/street.
QUIET HOURS - Quiet hours between 10pm-7am. Please be respectful of your neighbors.
NO SMOKING - Smoking is not permitted inside! Make sure doors and windows are closed if smoking outside (and dispose of butts in the trash bins outside).
PESTS - The house is regularly treated with non-toxic pest repellent. Still, bugs are a part of life here in the southwest. While we make every effort to keep it spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug. Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking.
PET FEE - We accept dogs for an additional $100 pet fee. Please keep pets off of the furniture (or bring a blanket to cover furniture), clean up any pet waste in the yard, and do not leave dogs unattended and barking in the home or yard. Sorry, no cats.
