Excellent stay at this hotel. Very close (about 7 mins) away from the Bio Park. The room was awesome! Breakfast and coffee was also very good. The cinnamon rolls were a bit hit. The staff were very friendly, and welcoming. The only thing I disliked, were the beds and pillows. Very uncomfortable!

It it was really nice overall. But we had no TV for our entire stay. Staff said Comcast was down and had been since the previous Tuesday. Really a major Hotel like you goes without service for a week!? You sent me an email saying the hot tub was out of order. Why not the TV? I feel a bit gaslighted by this situation. Also the phone in our room was dead the entire time we were there.

This place was clean, quiet, and easy to get to. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Only thing was the building sign is terribly lit so it was a little hard to find.
