The hotel and staff were outstanding. Expedia dropped the ball. Expedia didn't pay for my hotel after making my reservation through the website. I had to stand at the Hilton check-in counter for 20 minutes while Expedia figured out how they screwed up and how to fix it. Miserable experience. I doubt I'll be using Expedia again. I felt like a hobo begging for money to pay for my hotel. Never again!

This hotel is clean and well maintained. Although I don't feel hotels along the Interstate are very safe in Albuquerque, I like the location of this one. Close to a lot of good restaurants.

There was a hair in the bedding. So the sheets weren’t clean new sheets. There was blood on the curtains and the ceiling. Elevator was sketch. Malfunctioning.. door kept opening .. spent 402 for two nights breakfast wasn’t included.
