Fabulous Downtown Modern Apartment

This 1200-square-foot, modern condo has the luxury of a penthouse suite with the convenience of a personal apartment. This hidden gem is located in Downtown Albuquerque, only a stone's throw away from the main attractions and convention center.

As you walk into the condo, you will see floor-to-ceiling windows with elegant shutters that create a sunny and calming atmosphere. The travertine floors and diamond-finished walls are complimented with Japanese zen accents and colorful modern furniture.

The condo is equipped with a full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and living room.

The kitchen features stainless appliances complete with a coffee maker, juicer, blender, and large counter space. The open kitchen expands to a dining table and leather massage chair. When you walk down the hall, to your right is a bathroom with a shower, a large bedroom, and a TV room.

Leading off the kitchen is a terrace with gorgeous views of Albuquerque and the Sandia Mountains. Sandia means watermelon in Spanish because these mountains turn bright pink at sunset.

The comfortable TV room is equipped with two couches and a large flat-screen TV with streaming services. High-speed Wi-Fi is provided throughout the apartment.

Privacy and security are a high priority for this property. Private security is a 24-hour service provided by the parking complex. The condo is accessible by an elevator with a private fob key, in addition to the main entrance. There is a designated parking space located next to the condo entrance.

This condo is in a fabulous location. The space is virtually across the street from the Albuquerque Convention Center, NM Rail-Runner, Sports and Wellness gym, and a plethora of restaurants. The condo is also located within minutes of Old Town, various art museums/galleries, the Rio Grande Zoo, the Botanical Gardens, scenic bike/running trails, and of course, the trendy Nob Hill.

If guests are coming from the airport, the condo is about 5 minutes from Albuquerque's Sunport Airport. The world-famous Balloon Fiesta Park (where hundreds of giant, hot-air balloons launch in October) is also about a 10-minute drive from the condo. The condo is perfectly located and is central to nearly all of the most attractive sites in Albuquerque.

Don't stay here!
Spent 15 minutes getting into lock box. Doesn't work well. Hard to get luggage in because of all the stuff on the balcony Not very clean. Dishes either had old food or soap on them. Refrigerator has horrible smell. Shower doesn't drain well. Not enough towels and washcloths. No soap to wash the one left. Street traffic is awful! Can't get any sleep. Nothing nice about it.

Nice place close to the the convention center
I had a meeting at the Doubletree downtown but didn't want my wife to be stick in a hotel room all day while I was in meetings. So we booked this. It's a just a block from the convention center and 3 from the Doubletree. We had a little trouble finding it because we were looking for a traditional condo building. It really is in a parking garage -- there is one residence per floor. One caveat -- while it does have a reserved parking spot it's not free. $10/day, more if you go in and out a lot. You can enter through the parking lot or use the garage elevator. There is a Fob that lets you open the elevator rear door that opens directly into the unit. I'd stay here again if I visit downtown ABQ, but to be honest, I was shocked at how seedy the downtown area has become since I last visited 10+ years ago.

convenient stay in Albuquerque
Location downtown was good for catching Uber and going places; the area itself is empty during the day with a closed shopping mall across and lots of empty parking lots. in walking distance we found a great vegan coffee shop/bistro called Knead and the supermarket on silver street is easy to reach. The apartment has everything you may need and has a very cosy atmosphere.. communication was great and quick.

Downtown Albuquerque cobdo
Very nice, clean residence. Eclectic and interesting decor, which we enjoyed. Proximal to market, nice restaurants (walking distance). Two things to be aware of: 1. Loud hot rodding cars through the night, which could be an issue for lighter sleepers 2. Elevators don't always work on weekends. Getting UP TO the condo was never a problem, but calling the elevator to the 5th floor parking garage didn't work over the weekend when we were there. We had to take the stairs down, and sometimes unsheltered people were taking refuge from the elements in the stairwell, which was a little awkward.

Great Location
We were attending an event at the Albuquerque Convention Center. We could see the Convention Center from the property and able to walk there in less than 5 minutes. The boutique style was a treasure chest of eye catching moments. Restaurants and grocery store were withing walking distance. Communication with Betty was quick and helpful. Great Stay!

Had no access information provided Andy wife and I were stranded outside for hours we eventually had to have vrbo lodge us for 1 night when we had originally planned for 2 nights and I had to pay out of pocket myself for the second night. Hopefully I can get my refund I didn’t get to stay at the property so I can’t say how it was but the failure to communicate access to the property was a failure on the property management/owners part

The closer to the weekend, the louder the road noise. By Thursday, motorcycles and hot rods radios blaring up and down the road all night. Had to check out a day early to ensure a good nights sleep for the last day of my conference. Host would not refund a nights stay.

Great Condo
We stayed for 7 days during the National Senior Games. A simple 2 block walk to the Convention Center was convenient. Grocery store and eateries are close by. The owner was responsive and helpful for my minor questions and directions. Condo was as advertised and the private access elevator was fun and convenient. Thank you.

Great spot, interesting flat.
I really liked the layout for this place, and the urban vibe of it. It's large and well apportioned and thoughtfully decorated... doesn't have that "I'm a rental" sterile feel to it. Everything worked, everything was great and the weekend stay was awesome.

Beautiful condo downtown Albuquerque!
This condo was the perfect location for a conference I attended downtown. It was the perfect size for 2 people, and the private elevator entrance was a nice perk. Very close to restaurants and bars, and the two balconies was also a really nice surprise.

Couple downtown getaway.
The name says it all. Fabulous modern downtown condo. This condo is very well located, easy access driving or walking to downtown. Small, but exactly perfect for a couple. Private, yet located near everything. We were in town for a concert at the Kiva Room, less than two blocks. The owner was available, helpful and easy to communicate with. Definitely pick this one for a couple getaway in Albuquerque!

Balloon Festival stay
Great place to stay, once you found gate. Suggestions: let your renters know that when driving up parking garage, at the '4.5 level', as you turn, look to your right and that's the reserved parking, and gate entrance. If that had been stated, we would have saved half hour trying to find entrance in the dark. Even though Betty G. responded promptly to my emails asking for help, another tenant above our suite, heard me, and came down and showed us where gate was located. The place is nicely appointed, and very clean. Really enjoyed the private parking right at the entrance of the suite, and the parking fob, and location. Last suggestion; take out that round table, and the bench from the bedroom. Put in 2 nightstands, with clock, and a flat screen tv. Then you have a real winner. Great time was had by us. Beautifully appointed & wonderful place to stay. Better than expected!
This is a beautiful, modern condo tucked away in downtown. It is real city living with private elevator access and great parking. And it's in a nice central location in the city. My only regret is that we weren't able to spend more time in the actual property as it's a really nice, upscale and comfortable place with everything you need. My wife and I spent the weekend there for our 25th wedding anniversary to see the International Balloon Fiesta and it was perfect! Thank you Betty!

Nice downtown location with easy parking and a few unexpected surprises.
The property has a nice location, in downtown Albuquerque, with parking right outside the entrance, on the 5th floor of the parking garage. It was clean but we had a few challenges. First, we had to ask, 4 days before arrival, for the address and arrival information. It was received but was somewhat misleading and very brief. Upon arrival, there were no working televisions in the property and we were surprised to find that there was no conventional oven or cook top. A microwave and hotplate were our only options and the refrigerator was an "under bar" model, not a kitchen version. The property had previously been a spa and was made into a two bedroom condo, though during our stay, the second bedroom was used for storage and wasn't available for use. Overall, we made it work but there were a few surprises.
