Begin your journey through an ornate, custom wooden door. It unfolds into a grand foyer, radiating a warm welcome, setting the tone for the lavishness that ensues. Straight ahead, the dining realm beckons, bathed in ambient lighting. With seating for 12 across a majestic main table and an auxiliary one, this space becomes the heart for memorable feasts and toasts.

Adjoining the dining area is the viewing deck, where nature's tableau offers a symphony of colors - the majestic Sandia Mountains, the timeless beauty of Sandia Pueblo, and the horizon stretching towards Petroglyph National Park and ancient volcanoes. Two plush loungers await, promising serene mornings and soul-soothing evenings.

The living area is a testament to modern grandeur. A state-of-the-art 75-inch TV stands against tasteful décor, surrounded by seating that invites intimacy and leisure. Sip wine next to the gas fire place with views. Slide open the doors to the second viewing deck. Here, a quartet of seats and a coffee table set the stage for unparalleled sunsets over ABQ's expanse.

Whipping up culinary delights becomes an experience in the gourmet kitchen. Shimmering marble counters play host to top-tier appliances: a versatile Keurig, an efficient Ninja toaster oven, a built-in microwave, and a diverse range of cookware and utensils. An auxiliary room seamlessly extends from the kitchen, offering a second refrigerator and an arsenal of cleaning aids.
The entertainment suite boasts a vibrant game room, ready for competitive Air Hockey bouts or board game battles. Adjacently, a reading sanctuary beckons with its plush couch and inviting reading chair, draped in soft lighting, awaiting whispered conversations or hours lost in literature.

Primary Bedroom
The Primary bedroom is nothing short of regal. Beyond the built-in workstation, it unfolds as a spacious retreat. A luxurious King bed beckons, flanked by modern art pieces, while a cozy sitting area by the fireplace holds the allure of a 65-inch smart TV. The attached bath is a sanctum of rejuvenation, featuring a jetted tub perfectly positioned for mountain contemplation. Step out on the viewing deck to views of Sandia Pueblo Land and the majestic Sandia Mountains.

A Perfect Multigenerational Retreat
Rating: Our family recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful home, and it was absolutely perfect for our multigenerational holiday getaway. The incredible setting at the base of the Sandia Mountains provided breathtaking sunsets every evening, creating unforgettable moments for all of us.The layout of the home was fantastic, with numerous gathering areas that allowed everyone to come together comfortably. Whether we were enjoying meals, playing games, or simply relaxing, there was always a cozy spot to connect and share laughter.I cannot recommend this home enough and genuinely hope to return in the future. Additionally, the house manager was incredibly responsive and checked in on us several times during our stay, ensuring we had everything we needed. Overall, this experience was truly special, and we are grateful for the memories made here!

Grand Views, Spacious House
Awesome location with a view of the Sandias! Lots of windows and space to spread out. Fire pit was great! Property management responds right away! Note, only one bedroom for two kids if they sleep separately and a daybed with trundle in downstairs living room. Just a planning note. We had a great week there!

So many mice
This is a lovely property but when we returned from the rehearsal dinner there were mice everywhere. In the bathrooms, on the stairs, in the bedrooms. And as we looked, we found traps everywhere so clearly, they knew there was a problem. The local property manager did not respond that evening and never did. We did not know what to do. My children absolutely freaked out, so at 10 pm. we were scrambling to find a hotel. And we were a big group needed 5 hotel rooms, not easy to find. I did get a refund but that really does not seem like enough. I was not going post a review, but you keep asking me how my experience was so now I feel compelled. In the end it was very unpleasant, stressful and more expensive than we had planned. I will think twice before booking a VRBO.

Family trip
Our family needed to stay in a larger home to attend my niece’s wedding in the Albuquerque area. We looked at many homes, but really loved this location being at the edge of the mountains. The house was beautiful, clean, and had every extra that we could have imagined. The views were amazing and the quiet neighborhood was great to jog in. The communication with the staff at Irvie homes was great and both the check-in and checkout process was so easy compared to other properties. I have stayed at numerous vacation homes throughout the world over the last decade, and I have to say this was the best one so far! We will probably come back again just for fun next time!

Great location/peaceful setting
Great location in a quiet neighborhood yet easily accessible to main arteries. Beautiful backyard views of Sandia mountains. Wonderful Zen garden. Inside decor was beautiful and soothing. Large rooms and multiple places to relax both inside and out. Garage access made entering/leaving very convenient. Stocked coffee/tea collection was a bonus. Both property manager and host were readily available for questions. No shoes allowed in house but plenty of slippers provided.
