Loved the house, plenty of room for the family. Enjoyed the backyard, the grill, and amenities such as coffee!! The owners were extremely responsive when I inquired about the use of the grill; they delivered additional fuel so we'd have plenty for our family cookout. I will definitely stay here again!

The property was perfect for us! Great experience first me, as a first time VRBOer.
Everything was wonderful! The host even had Christmas lights up, cupcakes and candy sitting out for us, just little things it seems they went extra on to make our stay wonderful. Will definitely keep this place on mind if back in Albuquerque.

We had a wonderful time in a beautiful and spacious home! Well stocked with all you could possibly need. Close to everything and there is a little park within walking distance. The house was clean and the beds very comfortable.

This home served us well as a gathering place for my son’s wedding. We enjoyed the back porch in the mornings and the large open living room/kitchen for chill time in between wedding activities. Highly recommend.

Very nice home in Albuquerque
Very clean, spacious home. Plenty of towels, paper products, etc. Very well stocked. The kitchen living room area was great for cooking and visiting at the same time. We enjoyed the puzzles. All beds were very comfortable. Really appreciated being able to use the garage. The park around the corner was nice as well.

Short stay. First time NM. Came for my Sons wedding. Beautiful well kept home. Perfect area. Safe neighborhood. FANTASTIC VIEWS. Very relaxing. The hosts are so nice! I will definitely be staying again next year.

Very clean. Comfortable beds. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, spices and coffee. Plenty of paper products and bath towels. Great communication with owner Deb. One of the best VRBO’s I’ve stayed at.

Nice quiet home base
Nice to have a home base to come back to in between outings. Beautiful quiet neighborhood, nice home layout for our group, and really well-stocked kitchen! We enjoyed our visit, and my kids were so excited that it snowed while we were there! Charles was courteous and prompt with his responses.

Family Thanksgiving
The house was the perfect place for our family to gather for Thanksgiving! Seven of us arrived from four different states and found the house to be situated in a convenient neighborhood. The home was very welcoming. Bedrooms and common areas were comfortable. We shared meals at the large dining table and played board games there as well. The kitchen was well equipped for meal preparation. The hosts were very responsive. I would love to stay again sometime!

Great Home Base for a Large Family!
Me and my sister’s families had a great stay! The neighborhood is quiet with easy access to highways, and mountain views out front. Fully stocked, large kitchen with lots of pantry basics. Bathrooms were clean and had plenty of towels and TP. Lots of nice touches like board games, lotion by each sink and a candy bowl that the kids loved. Cute Breaking Bad themed artwork that my teenage nephews LOVED. Would recommend to anyone visiting Albuquerque!

Family Trip
We appreciated the open floor plan. It allowed all of us to enter act in all activities. Comfortable beds; however, was not sure how they would accommodate 10. After reviewing the floor plan we took a blow up mattress and was glad we did. The house was clean, great neighborhood, and children enjoyed the park around the corner. The homeowner was very quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely recommend the home.

Beautiful Home
This house is even better in person. The outline is so open, you can have full conversations with everyone. The kitchen and laundry room was fully equipped with everything you could need. The beds were very comfortable and I love that there is carpet in the bedrooms. The rooms are a little smaller so not much can fit besides the bed so there are not any dressers in the rooms. The back patio was perfect to sit at and hang out while it rained. Our host was nice, helpful and informative the entire time. If you need an open home that is spacious for your family, this is the one!
