The Master bedroom has a beautiful large balcony with a mountain view. Private parking on the property, private patio with night lights, outdoor fire pit. BBQ grill and Patio Furniture. Full laundry room with washer and dryer. The house has AC and Heating. The house is located in the Heart of Historic Old Town Albuquerque!! Just minutes away from all kinds of tourist attractions; Old Town Plaza, Casinos, museums, bio parks,. Quick access to the interstate, great transit system. Local eats and dives to have a drink and relax. Walgreens within walking distance. Nice quiet peaceful neighborhood.

The location is perfect. It’s just a short walk to “Old Town” Albuquerque. We felt safe walking.
The grounds and outside of the house were well maintained. The interior needs a little attention.

We couldn't have been more pleased with the location and the overall space, plus the off-street parking provided great peace of mind. The owner was very responsive and polite; we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely rent again next time we're in town.

Cool House, Great Location
It's a great house. The living room and the dining room are large, the kitchen is large and pretty well stocked, and the bedrooms are quiet. The second-floor deck, and the patio with grill and fire pit, are really nice assets, and the parking is fantastic.

Old Town with mountain views
Just a couple blocks from Old Town in a quiet safe neighborhood. Clean & comfortable. The downstairs is adobe and was built around 1948 which gives it a great western feel. Ample parking for our big pickup.

Great house; great location
This was our second stay, and it was just as good as the first. We were in Albuquerque for a conference near Old Town, and this house is perfect for our group. It's got a large kitchen, with almost everything we needed, and we put the gas grill and fire pit on the patio to good use. The house is clean; appliances are straightforward; off-street parking is ample; and Earl is a great landlord/host. We're looking forward to staying again next year!

Terrific House So Close to Old Town
Our group of musicians has stayed at this property three times while we've been in ABQ for shows and a conference. The location is fantastic for us, and the house is wonderful, with a full kitchen and a nice patio for grilling or enjoying the fire pit. It's safe and very private. Earl is a great host, and, truly, a good guy!

Another Stay at La Casa de mis Abuelos
This was our third stay. Clearly, we love the house! It's convenient to everything we need to do, it's very private and secure, and Earl is an incredibly responsive host! The only downside during our stay was learning that Monica's El Portal restaurant, at the corner with Rio Grande Boulevard, has closed.

Great Family Vacation Spot
Earl was a great host for this lovely property! We had a wonderful stay. He was responsive and helpful the entire time. We loved our trip in ABQ, and a huge part was staying in this home. It was clean, warm, and welcoming.

Wonderful location comfortable for group of 7 to 8!
We enjoyed everything about our stay at Casa de Mi Tia. The location, the comfortable house all the amenities. The beds were a little bit soft for our liking, but some people love soft beds. It was a quiet and safe neighborhood. Thank you so much.!

Close to Old Town
Really liked being close to Old Town which was one of the main reasons for booking. Really liked having off the street parking for our vehicle. The only concern I have/had with the home was the cleanliness. I did state to host if the issues I had were taken care of I would rent from him in the future.

The home was clean and comfortable. It is close to many restaurants, shopping areas, the downtown area, and the University of New Mexico. Communication with Earl was easy and he responded quickly when we had questions.
