A lovely villa but …..
This isn’t an exceptional villa as the only 5 available reviews state. It is homely and authentic but bedroom furniture is outdated, garden furniture is cheap plastic and loungers were not clean. A small investment to put decent outside furniture in ( the main table is a collapsible camping table ) would really enhance the villa. There wws very little cleaning materials - only an old indoor broom, a dustpan but no brush and a mop. A hoover would really have helped. And there is a major problem with ants, particularly in the kitchen in spite of me keeping it free of food and spotless. In spite of these issues, we did enjoy our stay and were very comfortable at the villa, once our expectations had readjusted.

Great accommodation
It was a nice property that was well-maintained and was exactly as advertised. The area was nice, quiet, clean and only a short distance from a supermarket and a few restaurants. I booked the place for my daughter's wedding, which added to what was already an amazing occasion by being a great place for people to meet up and socialise. Overall we had a fantastic time in Protugal

Not exactly as portrayed in the pics
The villa looks great from the road. The gate is extremely awkward to lock. The place was clean inside and had clean bed wear linen and towels. The pool was quite dirty with debris and the pump and filter didn't work properly the pool was also tatty. The bed broke on the first night, maintenance people came and did a temporary repair job on it. There were no English language stations and surprisingly no welcome pack. It was further from the beach than suggested and ten minutes drive to Albufeira. However it was safe and quiet.
