During your stay, our team that takes care of the maintenance of the garden and pool, will move to the villa's outdoor space without prior notice to maintain the proper functioning of the equipment during your vacation.
We have placed suitable furniture so you can enjoy a drink while enjoying the view of the pool.
You can also enjoy a beautiful barbecue!

The Villa has 1 en-suite bedroom with 1 160x200 bed and 1 bathroom with shower cabin and bidet. There are 3 more bedrooms, 1 with a 140x200 bed and 2 bedrooms with 90x200 beds. There are 2 more bathrooms, 1 with a bathtub and the other with a shower cabin. The kitchen is equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, combined fridge, kettle, Delta Q coffee machine, bag coffee machine, toaster, blender, washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, iron ironing board and ironing board.
The lounge has a dining area with table and chairs and a leisure area with 2 sofas and a flat-screen TV with a MEO box.

WiFi access is free and unlimited.

Villa Gilsonia is ready to welcome your pets upon request and payment of a supplement per animal, unique for the entire stay.


Rules:
A security deposit is mandatory for up to 8 guests, for each additional guest an additional security deposit is required.
The deposit is returned via the platform or bank transfer if everything is in order with the property.

Smoking is prohibited inside the house.

On the day of your check-out, take out your trash and leave your dishes washed. Place your key in the keychain you used at check-in, the code is unique and valid until the end of your stay.

Rest hours are from 11pm to 7am.
If the police are called to the premises due to guest misconduct and non-compliance with rules, we reserve the right to withhold the damage deposit.

Use of the pool:
Bringing drinks, food and glass to the pool is prohibited.
Misuse of the pool may result in a penalty on the security deposit.
