Villa Casa das Dunas is a unique holiday home, with a fantastic coastal location just a few steps from the beaches of Salgados and Galé (one of the longest stretches of beach in this part of the Algarve). Ideal for those who seek a tranquil getaway, this spacious villa is nestled away from busy tourist centers, but just a short drive from all facilities.

Villa Casa das Dunas consists of one main villa with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, plus a separate, self-contained annex with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All bedrooms have air conditioning and both houses share the wonderful outdoor area with 2 private pools.

The main residence is spread over one floor and has 5 bedrooms: 3 double and 1 twin bedroom, all with en-suite bathrooms, and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed, as well as an additional bathroom.

The living/dining area is open plan with patio doors leading out to the swimming pool and outdoor dining area. A cosy reading room can be found just off the living room, for those quiet times of relaxation. A well-equipped kitchen provides everything you may require for home cooking during your stay, including a dishwasher, oven, hob, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.

Separate from the main villa is a completely self-contained annex, with 2 floors. On the ground floor is an open plan living/dining room which has a separate, self-contained and fully equipped kitchen, as well as a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The lower floor houses a second seating area, 2 twin bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one is en-suite).

Both the main villa and the annex have separate entrances yet share the wonderful private swimming pools (heating available as an optional extra) set in a green lawned garden. There are two outdoor showers and an outdoor W.C. supporting the pool areas, and plenty of sun loungers on which to soak up the Algarve sun. Two brick built in BBQs are available for preparing summer meals.

Private parking for up to 3 cars is available on the driveway within the property gates.

Villa Casa das Dunas is located in the Salgados area. Just a short walk away is a quality supermarket, a variety of pubs and restaurants (including one with 2 Michelin stars), as well as the Salgados Golf Course and Nature Reserve, a natural ecological reserve with a lagoon, wild fauna, flora and pedestrian walkways, one of the main spots for bird watching in their natural habitat. Other beautiful beaches like Galé, Lourenço or São Rafael, just to name a few, are located within a short walk or drive.

The town of Albufeira, with its colourful marina, charming old town along the Fishermen's beach and the Strip, all with quality restaurants, pubs and shops, is located within a 10min drive.

The changeover day for this property is Thursday.

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.
