Located in a prestigious area of the Algarve, Townhouse Cancun is a fantastic and modern property.

This charming Townhouse, close to all amenities, has free WIFI and 3 bedrooms, accommodating up to 6+2 guests.

Upon entering the property, you will find a spacious open space dining and living area with a modern kitchen.

The elegant living/dining room has a table with chairs so you can sit comfortably with your group and enjoy your meals, and a sofa and television so you can watch your favorite shows.

In the kitchen, you will find all the equipment and utensils you may need, such as a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hob and fridge-freezer. The washing machine is located in the garage of the property.

On this floor, you can also find a WC.

On the first floor, you will find 3 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed and en-suite, with a bathtub. The other two bedrooms, of this modern townhouse, are furnished, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds (which can be converted into a double bed). All rooms have a wardrobe and bedside tables. On this same floor, there is a bathroom.

On the top floor, the wonderful terrace with sea views will allow you to enjoy memorable moments with your family and friends. The fantastic lounge area, fully furnished with sun loungers, table and chairs, will allow you to comfortably enjoy the Algarve sun.

The two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children, belong to the common area of the condominium.

The property has 2 private parking spaces in the garage.

The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.

Beautiful
The property was absolutely beautiful, so very well equipped, and decorated. Confortable beds! Fabulous location. It was very peaceful yet only a few minutes walk away from the restaurants, supermarkets. I will definitely recommend! Regards

The best house I could stay. The vibe is making you dreaming for a house like this one. My parents were in love, mom loved a lot the kitchen and dad the living room and the barbecue place. And yes, the place is more beautiful than the pictures. Highly recommended

Had a really lovely holiday here. Well furnished and equipped. Good restaurants within walking distance. The company rep very helpful before and during stay. Lovely Stay
Good location, close to restaurants and Aldi supermarket. Everything you need close by or a taxi gets you to the old town of Albufeira within 10 minutes. We stayed with our three young daughters and the property was good for them. Despite it's proximity to everything the complex is on is very peaceful and quiet. Lovely outside pool area for the family to enjoy. The service from Algarve Vacation was top notch, one of the best providers we have used. Lots of information and regular comms beforehand, airport transfer service very good collected and returned to airport by our representative who also then checked us straight in himself on arrival which is good peace of mind after travelling not having to worry about finding keys, meeting caretakers etc yourself. Great service from Olivia and Joao throughout. Lovely holiday
