Villa Boracay is a stunning property, enjoying a privileged location in São Rafael, Albufeira, within walking distance of the golden sandy beaches of São Rafael and Arrifes. Located in a quiet setting perfect for families, villa Boracay is the ideal escape for a relaxing break in the sun.

This incredible 3-bedroom villa has a capacity for 6+3 people, with 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed set (2 single beds), as well as 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is bright, spacious and fully equipped with everything needed for home cooking and the inviting living / dining room provides comfortable seating, TV (on which you can enjoy the international channels available) and a dining area for family meals.

Outside, you can enjoy the inviting garden and large private swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra) as well as the ping-pong and pool table. Al fresco meals cooked on the brick BBQ can also be enjoyed on the covered terrace overlooking the pool. Parking is available inside the property.

Villa Boracay benefits from air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.

The property allows for full relaxation, while being only a short walk away from a wide variety of renowned restaurants, some of the most beautiful sandy beaches in the Algarve where you can enjoy water sports, and only a short distance from an excellent golf course. The town of Albufeira with its colourful marina, charming Old town along the Fishermen's beach and the Strip, as well as quality restaurants, pubs and shops, is located within a 10-minute drive.

The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.
