Wonderful vacation in the Algarve
The Quinta was the perfect location for our family of 6. It is a home away from home. It is 10 minutes away from Albufeira and wonderful beaches. The house is located at a remote hill area which allows for a relaxing retreat from the busy tourist area. We enjoyed the 20 minutes walk into the little nearby town Tunes to have some Espresso or Sangria. The hosts Sergio and Susana are awesome and easy to contact. They provided ideas for day trips and local restaurants and even replaced the TV set with a smart TV. We are very grateful for their kindness and the warm home they have created, adding a personal touch to our vacation. Thank you for making our first visit to the Algarve a memorable experience

Just Wow!
We were so pleased that we chose this villa. Yes it is a little tucked out if the way but this was ideal for us. So peaceful and relaxing. We were 3 generations celebrating my daughter’s 21st birthday so we’re out in Albufeira Old Town most nights. It was full on night life and we made the most of it. Would highly recommend staying here and we hope to be back. The villa owners went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing stay with fabulous views
We absolutely loved our week at the villa. It was perfect for our extended family (6 adults & 2 children aged 6 and 3). The villa had everything we needed and more. The villa is very spacious with lots of different seating areas. It was lovely sitting out each evening having bbqs and the pool was perfect during the daytime. Owner was in contact with us a few times and very helpful with local recommendations. The late checkout was an added bonus. Thank you for a fabulous stay, we would love to visit again.

We stayed at Quinta do Mirante from Feb. 1 24 to Feb 29 /24 It was the perfect spot for us. Being in the center of the Algarve allowed us to cover east and west with only 1.25 hours in any direction to go where we wanted to visit. Sergio and Susan are the perfect hosts and owners. They easily ahndled any requests we had and Sergio met us in Lisbon for the day and gave us a complete tour of the city and then we met up with Susan aswell before we departed Lisbon on the train. Just want to give a big shout out to Maria the house keeper who we saw on Saturday mornings and she did a great job on the house cleaning and changing the beds. The Villa is actually in the town of Tunes and is very close to the train station and the IC1 and A22 which is easy access to any where in the Algarve. We had such a great month of February at Quinta do Mirante and the Lorentz's and my wife highly recommend it as the perfect location for exploring the Algarve. The Villa has 4 very comfortable bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. A great charcoal bbq on the back deck that we litterally used it all the time cooking fish and chicken. Sergio and Susan are the best hosts and I hope everyone visiting Quinta do Mirante has a spectacular time like we have had.

The Villa was excellent , except some of discriiption was not accurate.No tv the old town square in Albufuira was not within walking distance ,Sérgio our host was excellent also his wife it was a pleasure to meet them .Portfolio needed with useful information.eg emergency no’s . Delightful, private, and quiet "Quinta" located a stone's throw from Albufeira. Great communication with the host, Sergio, who provided various information about excursions that could be taken. We love the pool and BBQ area, where we spent a lot of our downtime.

Wonderfull Algarve
House was perfect for our family. Location was great. View with sunsets every evening was awesome. Pool was a little chilly for us but didn't bother the youngsters. Sergio & Susanna, the owners, provided wood for fireplace, weekly maid service, lawn & pool care. They were very attentive to our needs. Everything is generally within a 15 minutes drive. This house is away from the urban fray of Albufeira and in a great location.! We would stay there again!

The property was in a beautiful location and the villa was extremely well equipped. The host, Sergio was very helpful. The drawback for me was that to get to the local cafe, shop etc was down a long and winding hill so due to my age, I was not able to walk there as I would have liked. You definitely need a car. The swimming pool was very cold so none of us wanted to swim as we would have liked. We found the beds uncomfortable.

Fantastic property with beautiful views and perfect for 2 families
We had a brilliant time, property was fantastic size and plenty of room for 4 children and 4 adults. Pool was beautiful as was the outside kitchen/dining/seating area. Sergio was on hand when needed and checked in with us a couple of times to make sure we had everything we needed.

Well presented Villa, the listing and description was perfect, the villa was huge and well presented, Sergio was amazing answered and all questions and kept in touch to ensure everything was running smoothly, we arrived in the morning and Sergio made it possible for us to check in early which was great, you definitely require a car as the location is remote, peaceful and quiet so could play music as loud as you wish so if you want a tranquil, relaxing holiday this is great place to stay, the sunsets were truly amazing and breath taking thank you Sergio for making our stay amazing

Albufeira in November
The property sits up high in the hills near Tunes. The owner was excellent and available to check us in (twice as we came in 2 groups) and help us settle in - even helping to light the oven for us and suggesting places to eat and visit. The weather in Nov is chilly so we really were not able to enjoy the many outdoor areas - we will just have to return in the summer:)

Beautiful villa in the hills of Tunes. Very private area. Albufeira very accessible via car. Uber's pick up very easily from this area too. Swimming pool area clean and spacious. We had a fantastic 10 days in August 18 a Quinta do Mirante Ni Villa, nice pool, nice view. Had a few technical problems but Sergio fixed them all Thank you Sergio Be aware the House is a bit far from Albufeira and you need a car for Shopping Uber to/from albufeira after evening in town cost just 12 euros one way for 4 of us So all in all it is great way to enjoy night life in town and day time a bit more quiet We thoroughly enjoy every evening sunset at QdM

We hebben echt genoten van deze vakantie, geweldige accommodatie in een mooie omgeving. Buiten de drukte van het toerisme maar toch dichtbij Albufeira. Een auto huren is daarom wel noodzakelijk. Een compliment aan Sergio voor de wijze waarop hij er voor heeft gezorgd dat voor ons vanaf het moment van boeken tot en met ons vertrek de vakantie geslaagd is.
