This detached villa with a private swimming pool is located in the Sesmarias area, Albufeira, just a 10-minute walk from the beach. The Portuguese fireplace in the living room creates a cosy atmosphere. From the various (covered) terraces is a view of the pool and the sea. It is suitable for small and large groups, families with children and for couples looking for a romantic getaway. The villa is located on 1,000 m2 of private land with a south-facing terrace and garden. The idyllic beach “Praia da Coelha” is nearby with a little restaurant for a nice drink or lunch by the sea. The child-friendly Coelha beach is a 10-minute walk away. The dolphinarium-like Zoomarine is less than a 10-minute drive away. Furthermore, within a 15-minute drive are two fantastic Water Parks: Slide & Splash and Aqualand.
