Villa La Romana is a fantastic villa with traditional Algarve charm, set in the idyllic area of Sesmarias, Galé. Located just a 15-minute walk from both the nearest beach and from the town of Galé, with excellent restaurants and bars, this 3-bedroom villa with free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning is the perfect setting for your holiday in the sun.

On the first floor, the property has 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom, with a shared balcony and wonderful views, as well as 1 bathroom. On the ground floor, both the 3rd bedroom (double) and the comfortable living / dining room have large sliding doors with shutters that lead directly out to the inviting pool area. The ground floor also houses an additional bathroom and the kitchen, fully equipped for home cooking.

Outside, a wonderful garden, private swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra) and sun loungers invite you to relax in the warm Algarve sun, while the traditional Algarvean BBQ and outdoor dining area provide the perfect setting to enjoy al-fresco summer meals and drinks while admiring the magnificent sunsets.

The property is located in a quiet area near Galé, Albufeira and there are several restaurants, bars and supermarkets, within a 10 minute walk. Also, within a short walk (about 15 minutes), are the beautiful beaches of Castelo / Coelha / Evaristo. The beach town of Galé is a 15-minute walk away where you can find a variety of excellent restaurants, bars and shops, and Albufeira is about a 10-minute drive away. The largest shopping centre in the area, Algarve Shopping (in Guia) is about a 10-minute drive away.

Car Hire is not necessary, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request.

The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.
