house with swimming pool and private garden. Consisting of 2 floors. Living room with fireplace and sectioned in dining room and living room facing south to the garden. Modern, functional and fully equipped kitchen and completing the accommodation on the ground floor there are also two bathrooms and two bedrooms (one en suite). A wooden staircase leads to the first floor, where there is another service bathroom, as well as a bedroom with a single bed with beautiful views and a flowered balcony and another spacious bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom and a section of dressing room. The property has a private garden and swimming pool, as well as parking for 1 vehicle inside on the north terrace.

Location is perfect and pool is superb and safe
Location is brilliant, very close to supermarket, restaurants and beach. Pool is perfect and safe for children. The property does need some maintenance to it and the lack of AC is a big problem when it’s really hot.

Excellent Although there was a really strange smell in the kitchen area from the moment we arrived We cleaned everywhere and discinfected every day but couldn’t get rid of the smell Otherwise Excellent

Fabulous holiday
Wonderful villa, spacious and clean. Contact with Luis was easy and he made us feel very welcome. The area was perfect too, nicely quiet with shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. A safe would have been a helpful addition although the house was very secure. Overall a fantastic 10 days and we hope to return before too long.

We had a very nice holiday in the beautiful big house. It was very hot and we missed the air conditioning and some more shade in the garden. The owner did bring extra fans, which was very nice. Contact with the owner went well.

Luis was a perfect gentlemen, always ready to help and ready to go beyond normal responsibilities of a land lord. The house was very nice, a bit chilly, during Feb. but comfortable in March. I would certainly book it again in the future.

This villa is very good communication with the host luis was very good It's in a nice location about 20 minutes walk to the beach There is a big supermarket 4 minutes walk Restaurants/bars very close by too. The pool area is fantastic we had the pool man visit once during our weeks stay The living room dining area is very nice with a big patio door leading to the garden & pool area The kitchen is well equipped with a small fridge but there is a large fridge upstairs. 3 bathrooms 1 upstairs & 2 downstairs one en suite There is plenty of space to chill if you want to all on all I wouldn't hesitate in recommending or book the villa again in the future

10 Day Stay
Good size villa located in a quiet cul de sac. My son is wheelchair bound and there was plenty of space on the ground floor to manoeuvre him around. There is also a toilet on the ground floor with a walk in shower and is a welcome asset for disabled people. The villa has everything you need and Rui the owner was very friendly and was quick to answer any queries we had. There is a well stocked supermarket roughly 2 minutes walk from the villa and several restaurants close by. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. Tommy Gallacher.

Large villa in good location.
It was a large property , the living area is a lot bigger than the pictures show. Rui was really helpful and gave a full tour. Lovely pool which was a good size for our family. Walking distance to the beach and good bars / restaurant and the Intermarché just round the corner. There was a couple of bits of maintenance work that need doing to the property such as replacing sun loungers , light bulbs etc but all minor and if these were all done I would expect to be paying a lot more for the week ! Overall lovely week

Pros : Location close to all amenities Cons : no heating, damp, mildew on walls, unfinished electrical lighting, patio door lock broken, sun chairs broken and in disrepair. The Property Manager was very receptive and responsive, but these deficiencies should have been addresses prior to our arrival.

Très beau logement
Tout était très bien, la maison est spacieuse, propre, fonctionnelle. La piscine est super. Un peu de vis-à-vis. Nous sommes allés à la plage à pieds, de nombreux commerces à proximité. Nous prenions la voiture pour aller à Albufeira centre (environ 13 minutes). Bel emplacement. Nous sommes arrivés vers 21h, nous avons dû payer 20€ car arrivée après 20h. Si nous avions su cela, nous aurions fait les courses après la réception des clés et non avant. Pour le départ, l'hôte nous a proposé de partir une heure plus tard, donc très conciliant. Je recommande.

Amazing stay
My family and I had the best holiday staying in this villa. The property is a really good size and it was a bonus having a lovely private pool in the garden, It is within walking distance of the beach, super market and lots of restaurants and bars. Louis was very friendly and helpful and we look forward to staying here again in the future.

Très bon séjour !
Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette spacieuse maison. Nous l'avons trouvée très propre et agréable à vivre. Nous avons apprécié le petit panier gourmand de bienvenue avec une peluche pour le petit. Merci à notre hôte et à la dame qui nous a gentiment accueillie. Nous conseillons en point à améliorer: - mieux protéger l'accès à la piscine en baissant le grillage jusqu'au sol. Malgré un quartier résidentiel calme, nous avons eu des nuits difficiles à cause de jeunes locataires voisins "anglais" qui ont fait la fête toutes les nuits. Bien évidemment ce n'est en aucun cas la faute des propriétaires et nous retournerions dans cette maison avec plaisir. - Il faudrait aussi changer l'heure d'arriver possible sur le site car l'arrivée n'a pu se faire qu'à 17h au lieu de 16h et nous avons du patienter devant la maison. Egalement pour les vélos qui n'étaient pas présents comme indiqué dans l'annonce.

Good Villa in a good location
Villa is bigger than the photos make it look. Great location - lots of lovely restaurants within walking distance. Albifeira old town is a short Uber ride 10-15mins (5€-10€). Lovely little beach within a 10/15min walk away with restaurants and bars Intermarché (big supermarket) 3-5min walk away No air con but each room as a fan.

Delightful
Casa Delight was a lovely Villa. Plenty of room for seven adults. Bonus was a supermarket just a few minutes walk away. We needed taxis for the local bars, restaurants but they were very reasonable. On the whole a great week. Thank you .

Belle maison avec piscine, nous y étions une semaine pour Noël , le gérant avait même acheté des radiateurs électriques car je lui avais fait part de mon inquiétude par rapport au froid… la cheminée a été aussi appréciée…la petite ballade à pied pour aller à la plage est sympa et le marché et l Intermarché tout proche à pieds est un vrai plus. Pour les courageux la piscine avec du soleil peut être utilisée…
