You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Unwind at Woodland Escape! Perfectly situated for all your Poconos adventures.

Spacious, 3-floor escape ideal for family or group vacations. Plenty of space to gather the group together and spread out as needed - 5 bedrooms + bonus room used as 6th bedroom, 4 full bath, 2 living rooms, and a game room.

The house has central AC, WiFi, hot tub, pool table, foosball, ping pong table, gas fireplace, three decks, outdoor gas grill, full-sized washer & dryer, and a fully outfitted kitchen.

It's a 15 min walk or 3 min drive to the beach/lake. By the beach there is a sand volleyball court, playground, paddle boat rentals, outdoor pool.

The marina is a 5 min drive. In season, we have 2 kayaks for use. Tennis and basketball courts are also located at the marina.

**PLEASE NOTE** - Towamensing Trails will provide a maximum of 8 wristbands per rental. (We are not allowed to purchase additional.) The wristbands are required to enjoy the summer amenities (children under 5 do not need wristbands).

**Sorry, no prom, bachelor or bachelorette parties. The house is not a party house. If that is what you are looking for, please consider another property.**

Towamensing Trails is located within 30 min of many Poconos activities. 10 min to Big Boulder, 20 min to Jack Frost, 30 min to Camelback and Blue Mountain. The beautiful town of Jim Thorpe is 20 min away. Several wineries within 30 min. Whitewater rafting, ATV rental, paintball and biking trails are all nearby. Hickory Run State Park is a 15 min drive. Crossings Premium Outlets are 30 min away. For Indoor waterparks, H2O at Split Rock is a 15-minute drive, Kalahari and Aquatopia (Camelback) are 30 min. There's so much to do!

Beautiful woodland retreat
The property was clean and well maintained. We did our best to keep it that way! Easy access to Blue Mountain and good WiFi. The hot tub was hot and clean! The place felt homey and each took has a cute theme.

Family getaway/QT in Poconos
We booked Jen's house for a little getaway for my family as well as my two sisters + their families. The house layout worked really well, with the basement as the designated play space. The kids LOVED the hot tub set-up + the foosball table too. All in all, our families had a great stay.

Woodland Escape long weekend
We booked for a long weekend with 11 adults and 2 children. The property was perfect for our group. The property was exactly as described and the communication was exceptional. I would highly recommend this property.

Family Fun in the Woods
Lovely, comfortable, very roomy house (with different outside decks) surrounded by trees…stocked with everything the 10 of us needed for a long holiday weekend. Beach area nice, hiking nearby at Hickory Run State Park, casual restaurants, etc. would we repeat a visit…yes!

Perfect for our family vacation
This home is perfect for extended family. Everyone enjoyed playing pool and games together, dining together around the large table, and sitting on the deck around the fire. Three fawns and their mother were frequent visitors to the yard during our stay. The owner was responsive and the rental process was smooth.

Great for large family gathering
We hosted Christmas day at the house and it was great for accommodating everyone. Host is very responsive and helpful. She even went out of her way to have a crock pot when I asked if there is one avaliable in the kitchen. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful experience at this property. The manager was extremely kind and communicative. House was as pictured with no surprises. We spotted deer galore and wild turkeys! It was a trip we will treasure forever :-)

We absolutely loved this house! Spacious, clean, stocked with so many great kitchen items, games, and household pieces to make the stay enjoyable! Made great use of the game room and loved that all seven of us could fit on the couch together to watch movies at night. Jen is a great host and always replied quickly.

Girls Weekend
This house was perfect for our girls weekend away. There was 10 of us. Plenty of room and VERY clean. Everyone loved everything about the house and the set up. I also loved the open communication we had with the owner. Jen is amazing and we will be booking again with her.

Jennifer was wonderful from start to finish. She made sure all of my questions were answered promptly. The property is accurate to the description. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for big groups. We had a large group of adults and children and we all had a memorable time. Would recommend for families and extended family stays.

Fantastic home
There were three families and the house was perfect for all of us. Everybody had enough space to move around. The host, Jennifer, was absolutely amazing. Very quick to respond to any questions. Great house for multi family group
It was a great experience staying at this place. Jen is great with communication, so we knew what to expect. When we got to the house it was as described. The house is furnished with a nice touch, with clean linens and towels for everyone. It made easy for everyone to get going immediately. 4 bathrooms is a definite plus. I highly recommend this house for stay for a large group.

Mama’s Birthday weekend
We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful vacation home. My sister and I each have a large family and we fit comfortably. The home was clean and very welcoming. Jen was so patient and easy to communicate with. This was my family’s first ski trip and the ski resort was not far so after a fun-filled day skiing, it was great to be back at the house quickly with many stores on the way for quick items or groceries we needed. The house was also so fun for everyone. We enjoyed the ping pong table pool table, foosball table, hot tub, and large square dining table which was great for games. We loved our stay and would like to come back again.

Comfy Home Away From Home
Jennifer's home was comfortable, clean, and inviting. Everything was seamless from check in to check out. Her communication is awesome. She is very accommodating and a great resource for information for things to do in the area. Also, the home was stocked with toiletries, a fully loaded kitchen, and had cute little touches like a basket of snacks upon arrival. I would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous Host
Jen is the best VRBO host I’ve encountered! The house is well outfitted; dish soap, toothpaste, hair dryers, aluminum foil are all provided. Communication with host is excellent and the house is clean, comfortable and there’s plenty of space for all. Our teens enjoyed the hot tub, ping pong, pool, and foosball. Highly recommended!

Fun mountain getaway!
We enjoyed our stay at Woodland Escape! Jennifer was a very organized and friendly host. All instructions were on point and clearly written out and provided us with everything we needed to know and do. Even after we checked out my son realized he forgot his iPad and Jennifer was accommodating enough to let us go back to get it. The house was roomy and allowed for us all to have space and the kids had fun playing pool, ping pong and foosball! The hot tub was nice to enjoy as well. Thanks for a great stay. We hope to visit again in the future.
