Thanks for taking a look at My Vacation Property Rental (MVP Rental). A bit about myself before the home. I've owned and been renting properties in the Pocono's Towamensing Trails community since 2011. Over that time and across my various properties, I've handled thousands of reservations and have developed the knowledge to deliver a great experience that is super easy and smooth. So enough about me, let's talk about this wonderful entertainment space.

This was my third property, purchased almost 10 years ago. I’ve spent several Christmases at this home. With it's warm and cozy feel, it's just a great classic Pocono cabin. If you are a pet lover, this is the place to be. I cannot tell you how many people have commented on the convenience of being able to let their dogs off leash during their stay. I’ve had guests return specifically for the fenced in yard, and because of this, I have added fencing to my other properties. The second-floor deck, off the master, is a great spot to watch your dog as well as the stars, or to enjoy a cup of coffee. Many deer visit the yard, as do the occasional flock of turkey.

The home is warmly decorated, keeping families in mind. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware. The home has air conditioning, a gas fireplace, high speed Wi-Fi, outdoor seating area with grill, and second floor den with TV. All homes are smoke-free, and pet friendly provided appropriate pet fee has been paid.

All homes are located within the popular resort community of Towamensing Trails with many seasonal amenities, which use is included in your rental fee.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was rustic and cozy, and the large fenced in yard was wonderful for the pups. The host was great to work with. I will definitely choose this cabin again if I’m looking for a place in the area.

Wonderful cozy cabin! This was a great place to stay! The fenced back yard was PERFECT for the dogs. The property owner was very responsive and helpful! Lots of room and the kitchen was fully stocked with pots/pans and utensils so home cooking was made easy! Will definitely stay again!

The house was great. Super clean and great location. The yard was huge and our pups loved it. They had lots of room to run and lots of branches to play with. The fireplace was great in the house and overall is was an amazing stay for my wife and I and our two pups. Had a blast, will stay again!

Fun Filled Winter Getaway 5 Stars 👏
Hands down the best VRBO vacation spot in the Poconos …The cabin was beautiful and all the extra amenities made this a wonderful weekend getaway! The fenced in backyard was great for our dog ! So much space for our family and the ambiance was amazing. We enjoyed all the personal touches that made it feel like home. We will definitely without a doubt book all future winter getaways at this home. Host was super attentive and even checked in after our arrival to make sure we didn’t need anything.

Property as advertised, in a community, many deer in yards in neighborhood. Not far from Poconos attractions like Hickory Run State Park. Recommend for dog owners, great to be able to let out in large fenced in yard and not worry about it. Owner communicated and was responsive.

Beautiful stay and wonderful host
We had a wonderful long weekend at this cabin! The morning view with our family of deer was a highlight along with the gorgeous mountain lake beach. Some of my family played tennis and we all went whitewater rafting and hiking. The home was a rustic mountain cabin that truly felt like home. The host was prompt and responsive and gracious. We'll be back :)

Cozy cabin
Cabin was cozy for a winter get-a-way weekend. Gas fireplace came in handy on a cold, rainy evening. Host has thought of everything that you might need during your stay. We rented primarily because it was a pet-friendly rental with a fenced-in backyard. Even the deck had gates that could be closed to keep our dog contained.

Great choice
It was great to be able to bring our 2 dogs with us. The amount of deer that show up at least twice a day was simply amazing. One of my grandson's was sick so we had to leave a day early but we had a great time in this cozy home and would rent it again in the future.

The community has a safe feeling. The cabin is quaint, comfortable, and very clean. We were four adults and three dogs. My two Bernese Mountain Dogs enjoyed the back yard. The downstairs is snug and would not accommodate six adults, but we were fine with four. The master upstairs is comfy. It's a good rental.

Just what we needed
This place allowed us to slow down and Joy the mountains. Our pup absolutely loved the huge fenced in yard. Will was awesome. We got about 6 inches of snow overnight and he came in the morning to remove the snow from the driveway. The fireplace was perfect for relaxing. We are already wondering when we can come back.

Restful Retreat
We met family from Delaware and spent Easter together. The cabin had plenty of sleeping areas for everyone. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had a Keurig and coffee maker, dishwasher and large refrigerator. Living area was cozy yet seating for everyone. The wrap around deck was lovely. We could envision its use during the summer months. The large fenced yard was a hit for our dog. It was so nice to play with her in the yard. Each morning and evening the deer would stroll through. We hiked nearby during the day. It was nice to come back to our restful retreat and enjoy a glass of wine.

Pocono getaway
Property was very nice, fenced in backyard was fantastic for those with pets, like us. Lots of rules at Towaminsing Trails, be sure to read and understand ahead of time. Only disappointment was that no use of propane fireplace in living room from may to Sept, even though there was a frost warning one evening. Maybe some upgrades in near future. Overall great place.

Not bad but could be better
We enjoyed the house and that we could bring our dog. She loved the fenced in yard and the kids loved looking at deer in the mornings. Our negatives, were that no one seem to check the property before we arrived. The heat was on but the water heater was not plus the cable and WiFi was not working. We had to coordinate with our host Amy to get all going on Saturday. It was just a little too much work for a two night stay.
