My stay at the Lake House
Great space, comfortable sleeping, beautiful views and just a short walk to the Lake. Kitchen well equipped however needed clean sponges and more than 1 dish towel. The long table in dining room was great. This is obviously a well worn home with some updates needed but the price was fair. We enjoyed our time there!

Great Location but house needs maintenance
The location of this property is great. Very close to the lake and activities. The house however needs some TLC. One of the stair threads leading up to the main entrance broke while simply walking on the stair. The hot tub did not function as expected; it kept spraying water out of the tub. The house is big and accommodated 20 people well, however it needs a bit of maintenance and renovation. All in all, we had an enjoyable stay.

Okay place, spacious, nice area, but not clean
The area is nice, steps away from lake and trees. The house a lot of rooms and space, however cleanliness and how the house is prepared for the guests was disappointing. Not enough soaps in the bathrooms, very low quality bedsheets that make you sweat at night, no oil/condiments for cooking. Communication with host was not quick and we had to reach multiple numbers before getting an answer.

Nasty,dirty,dusty,worst ever. Not for kids .not what the pictures shown in the listing.
It was the worst owner never reply to my messages . TVs never turned on. Is like an abandoned house very very bad shape. The kitchen and deck are not the ones in the pictures. The deck is almos falling apart .idk how can list something like this . Couldn’t go to the beach,pool, or around because the wrist bands were over due. Kids wanted to go to the beach and we couldn’t. IS THE WORST! Don’t rent this . Everything was plastic. And the bathrooms were nasty and the towels smell dirty. All the house had a bad smell. DO NOT RENT THIS HOUSE .

Potential but Not yet worth it
The stay started off with difficulty unlocking the key code. When asked if a little check out was possible the response was "we're booked back to back." After checking online and questions we.found out that was untrue. All the windows and doors were extremely cheap, the sliding glass door didnt work. This is a.clearly.a company running the house as there is the cheapest available amenities. They locked the AC and Water to save money. I currently would not recommend this property mostly based of the communication and set expectations.

Good Place for large group
Everything is a good facility to stay for a few days. However Electronic products such as TVs were too old for more than 10 years. There were no battery covers for a few remote control, the dining table chair was old, the door lock in the living room was broken, the bed I slept on was old and creaks. and screen on the window was torn. It's a good place for large group overall, but owner need to change some furniture and electronic products such as TV.

Great location and communicative owners
Place was fantastic and fit 16 comfortably. Owners were receptive in trying to get us more beach-access wristbands (8 originally given, definitely be proactive about this if you can and need more) but the owners were a great help with securing all we needed to enjoy our stay!

Great time, house had many bedrooms which is great so each person or couple can have their own room, location super convenient and property practically on the water which is beautiful. Cool game room and very large dining room great for a large family dinner. Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the house, doesn't seem like anyone has dusted or vacuumed in forever.
