Welcome to our lovely chalet! Nestled in a serene location on a quiet street, our spacious and inviting retreat is the perfect destination for your next getaway. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an open floor plan that seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining room, and living room, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for you and your fellow guests to relax and enjoy.

With four cozy bedrooms, our chalet comfortably accommodates large families or groups of friends. Three of the bedrooms are furnished with comfortable queen beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The remaining two bedrooms are equipped with two bunk beds each, featuring twin beds over full beds. These bunk beds are perfect for the younger members of your group or those seeking a playful and adventurous sleeping arrangement.

For those seeking entertainment, our chalet boasts a dedicated game area that will surely delight both young and young at heart. Challenge your friends to a friendly game of shuffleboard or relive the nostalgic charm of classic arcade games on our arcade machine. Guest Access:
Our home is nestled in the serene and well-appointed community of Towamensing Trails. Situated amidst the captivating Pocono region, this area boasts an array of notable attractions, including the renowned Jack Frost and Big Boulder Ski Destinations, thrilling indoor water parks, exhilarating ATV adventures, pulse-pounding paintball arenas, invigorating white water rafting, the historically significant Jim Thorpe, scenic horseback riding trails, picturesque state parks, exceptional golf courses, abundant fishing spots, the lively Mount Airy Casino, the popular Crossing Outlets, and the exciting Pocono Raceway.

Within a mere 10-minute walk or 5-minute drive from our chalet, you will find a host of fantastic amenities provided by the community:
• A picturesque 190-acre lake, fed by natural springs (please note that a PA fishing license is required for fishing enthusiasts)
• A meticulously maintained sandy beach, open for your enjoyment from Memorial Day to Labor Day

Each booking at our home entitles you to 8 wristbands, granting access to the community's seasonal amenities, including the pool, lake, beach, tennis courts, and more. Additionally, you will receive a pass for your vehicle(s).

Rest assured that our community is private and family-friendly, with round-the-clock security patrols ensuring your peace of mind. To maintain a serene atmosphere, quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 9 am. The speed limit is strictly enforced throughout the community. As per community guidelines, guests are required to read and sign the Towamensing Trails Rules of Conduct before gaining access. Any fines incurred for violating community rules will be the responsibility of the renter.

Other Things to Note:
We are located in a 24-hour gated community which requires you to fill out a guest registration form for security purposes. Guest registration form will include full names and ages of each guest as well as vehicle information for each vehicle entering the community. Names on submitted forms MUST match the legal ID of the person driving.

Q. Can you check in early or check out late?

A. We won't know if this is possible until the day before check in. The reason is if we have a guest leaving the day you are arriving our team needs enough time to ensure the house is ready for your arrival. In the event they finish early we can let you in earlier. For a late check out, it will depend on if we have a booking arriving that day. One way to ensure you getting either of these options is to book the day before or the day after your desired stay . This way if you want to book Friday-Sunday but you want to arrive at 9am on Friday, if you book Thursday the house will be available for you any time after check in time on Thursday.

Q. Do you offer any discounts ?

A. Our listed pricing is the best possible price we offer. There are bigger discounts that get applied for each day you add from 3 days and up .
Please note that guests will receive 8 amenity badges for the length of their stay. Badges are for adults and children above the age of 5. Children under 5 do not need any badges to access the community's amenities.


Please be advised that we provide a starter pack of household essentials like;
paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish detergent, and if the house is equipped with a dishwasher, washer and dryer there's cleaning agents for those as well. We highly encourage to please bring your own supply if you are staying for more than a weekend and/or you are traveling with a large party. Once the complimentary essentials are done, guests are responsible to supply their own.

The house is equipped with cooking ware such as pots pans, plates, utensils baking dishes etc. Personal grocery items such as seasoning, flour, sugar etc. are at the responsibility of the guests.
