"Der Aufenthalt selbst war gut, Maloja ist ein Traum und das Appartement war gemütlich. Ein Check-in-Vorgang war praktisch nicht vorhanden, wenn uns die anwesenden Reinigungskräfte nicht zu einem Schlüssel verholfen hätten, ständen wir jetzt noch dort. Keinerlei Hinweise per Mail o.Ä.
