"This is a very nice hotel. It has an exceptionally good restaurant which punches above the weight of the hotel category. "

"The apartment was clean, spacious, and easily accessible. Everything you need in an apartment for a short stay was available (most importantly coffee and tea and a hot water boiler). We didn't cook, so I don't know how well the stove or microwave worked. There is an AC/heater unit in the bedroom that worked well. They were very quick to respond to any questions through Whatsapp. We didn't find street parking, but there is a free public parking lot at 11 Rue de la Madeleine. The location is convenient for walking to the cathedral area by the pont vieux. Overall, the apartment is a nice stay if you're looking for more space and a kitchen. "

"Good hotel with very efficient staff, even when unavoidably short of numbers. Make sure you understand the entry at night, as its a bit tricky. Center of Albi is a10/15 minute walk away."

"We paid for breakfast and it was terrible, as we went into breakfast room it was divided and walking up to table to get some cold hams and orange juice we were told we had to eat in other part of dining area where there was just bread and waffles and drinks. Everyone was sneaking through to get a yogurt or fresh juice the satff in breakfast area were very rude!! Never stay there look for something don’t always settle for the cheapest it’s not worth it , everyone who was English were complaining amongst themselves. Very disappointing!"

"This is the first time I had used VRBO. The house suited our tastes and budget. Nicely decorated and planned out. The pool area in the rear garden along with the barbeque area, kids swings and slide made everything for a perfect stay. This is south facing and gets the sun all day which is perfect. Julie the host only lives around the corner and during our time we had a couple of small minor issues and she was there very quickly to solve the issues. Overall she was brilliant. As our party was quite large only in the morning on a few occasions only having 1 WC and if I could recommend any improvements to the property it would be to add another although not a necessity. As we stayed in August 24 we got maximum weather and currently there is no Air Conditioning inside. With only 1 tower fan provided. This made the property unbearable at night to sleep all over the property with the mezzanine bedroom being like a sauna. It was impossible to open the windows at night despite spending quite a sufficient amount of money it was impossible to keep the mosquitoes down and all our party was stung many times inside during the night. I did speak to Julie regarding the heat and the saying how much the property needs Air Conditioning but the owners are eco friendly and will not fit AC for some reason. Which is a real shame as I believe that would enhance further bookings. This is the reason I have marked down my score from a 5 to a 4. Would I stay agaicketminutes drive r "

"This villa is quite wonderful, so peaceful and private with a superb layout around the swimming pool. Inside the house is air conditioned and beautifully furnished. Jerome was so helpful and friendly and spoke fluent English so we wanted for nothing.Albi is a fascinating city with a magnificent cathedral within walking distance of the villa. Plus we found a quiet river beach for idling the hours away. We recommend 100 %!"
