"My wife Jo and I spent a very pleasant ten days at Mas Santol. The gite is very beautiful, in a great location not far from the charming small town of Ceret. We explored the area and also went further afield, to the beach at Le Racoul and into the mountains of Prats-de-Mollo. Martine and Serge were very nice to deal with. Although my French is not great, we managed to communicate so it was not an issue (for me at least!) Thanks for a great stay. ************************* Ma femme Jo et moi...

"We are a group of 8 and just had the most fantastic 2 weeks in this house. Views are spectacular, the house is well equipped and very spacious and the pool was a good size and a nice temperature. All bedrooms open up on to the balcony where you can watch the sun rise & deer grazing on the garden. Buzzards & kites flying over every day. Market at Prades on Tuesday is worth a visit and also Fort Liberia - if you don’t take the 800 steps up then be prepared for a adventurous & very bumpy jeep...

"Una estancia agridulce. A pesar de no tener nada que decir referente a la casa (más que está en medio de la nada), todo en buen estado y cuidado. Reservamos la casa 3 familias y dió la mala suerte de que uno de los adultos de una de las familias se puso enfermo. Contactamos con ellos para ver la viabilidad de posponer la reserva (sabiendo el poco margen de aviso) pero la alternativa ofrecida no dio a mucha opción a cambio. Con ello, finalmente solo pudo ir dos de las familias y la 3a por motivos...

"We absolutely loved our stay at Mas Albas. It was absolutely perfect for 3 families - the pool (excellent for water volleyball) and football pitch were brilliant. Well equipped kitchen etc and thank you for the delicious cheese. Quiet and beautiful. 5*!"

"Ha sido todo muy correcto hasta que, el último día y después del check out pedimos a Joan quedarnos un rato en la piscina. Nos dijo que por supuesto y cuando ya nos íbamos del hotel vino la mujer de Joan con muy malas formas a decirnos que no podíamos estar allí después del check out y que teníamos que pagar 10€ por adulto. Por supuesto dijimos que no pagaríamos nada, nos habían dicho que podíamos estar allí sin problema y nadie nos habló de un cargo adicional. Nos ha tratado con muy mala...

"We had a great stay here. The house and pool are excellent and the location is beautiful and very peaceful. George was very friendly and welcoming and responded quickly to little requests we made. We felt that the description of the location could be a little more precise.The access road is quite rough and tricky to negotiate in places after heavy rain. Also guests need to be aware that they will be at some distance from the nearest village and shop.That said, it might just be what people are...
