Hotel wasn't bad but the pricevwas jacked up to 75.01. She said there wasnt a reservation in my name. Lady was a bit rude. But bed was nice. Room was very nice for its rating.

I've enjoyed my time at Relax Inn. The staff were always nice and accommodating. I felt the room was clean, comfortable and quiet which is important as a night shift ER nurse who sleeps during the day. There are plenty of restaurants nearby.

Most lights didn't work. Problems with air. Smell in room. Rough sheets. Front door did not fit frame. Rust spots on bathtub. Overall poor condition. Only stayed because everything was booked. No rooms available so we had no choice. Worst place we ever stayed.

I come in to Albany for work and it has been nice being able to have a quiet, affordable and clean place to stay. The staff have always been really nice and accommodating as I work at night and really appreciate being able to get in to a room as soon as possible to get a few more hours of sleep after driving in to town. Thank you!

Staff were very courteous, room in great shape, nice and quiet location. Mr. Patel runs a tight ship. Ask to see his phone toss to a staff member on the upstairs balcony.

I have stayed here quite a few times already for my job. The quality of the room for the price is difficult to beat. The bed is comfortable and clean with noticeably clean linen. I've seen rooms in other places with obvious signs that the beds were not freshly made. The shower has a good amount of water pressure which isn't always true in many places. The staff has always been nice and flexible.

Was worried when I pulled in the building was very run down the pool had been drained and the office area had no ac. Once we got checked in to our room I was pleasantly surprised. I booked a double room and ended up with a single king but it was okay. The room was clean linens fresh and no bugs in sight.

Don’t stay here if you do you’ll be sorry -1000 ⭐️
Sewage was leaking out of the ceiling in the first room they gave us and we was going to try a refund and go to another place but they wouldn’t refund us so they switched us rooms and none of the lights worked in the room and all of the texture on the dry wall was falling off. It was a very uncomfortable experience

Cheap hotel so cant expect much, but its in pretty bad shape. And i booked a non smoking room but got a room that reeked of cigarettes and had an ash tray in it so that pissed me off.

The room was filthy and in terrible disrepair. The ONLY reason we did not ask for a refund and leave without spending the night was that there were very limited availabilities in the area due to the Sunbelt Ag Expo being in town and we were so exhausted that driving further would have been unsafe. Things were broken, in very neglected condition and just plain filthy! Holes in the Sheetrock had been crudely patched and with no attempt at even painting them and mildew on the walls. The carpet was nasty. You couldn’t adjust the temperature of the heat to a comfortable level so we about roasted. The only clean thing seemed to be the bed sheets and the shower did at least work. Really bad run down motel!
