Very short walk to lovely beach
A lovely quiet spot with three large bedrooms and comfortable beds. All the facilities you need and a pub, restaurant, cafes nearby which can be reached after a walk along the easy to walk on beach. Just next to the golf course too.

We had a fantastic weekend in this lovely holiday house. It was as per the description. Calm and peaceful place within walking distance to the beautiful Middleton beach. Golf place next door. We will definitively come back.

Easy drive to most places in town. Second bathroom needs some minor maintenance on towel rail and double bed in back room is a bit hard. Close to beach walks and golf course.

Wonderful beachside stay in Albany
The house was roomy and had everything we needed for a week long stay. A 2-3 minute walk saw us on a lovely beach. A short drive and we were in central Albany. Overall a great place to stay

A quick trip down to Albany( with the dog) to see family. Great location, right next to the dog beach and an opportunity for walking to Emu Point or Middleton Beach. House fantastic, very comfortable and cozy.
