"The property was clean and tidy. What I thought was going to be a room ended up being a small two bedroom apartment. The bed was comfy, sheets crisp, and the towels thick. Plenty of water pressure and hot water. It’s close to the water. I will definitely go back! "

"The staff were perfect to deal with.the stay was awesome my bed was so comfortable i didnt want to get out.it was clean.very nice little apartment.will remember my bathers next time the customer service was outstanding.it was a warm welcome and depture.it was a good price and in a good location.i will definitely stay there again.it didnt matter that breakfast wasnt available today i was planning dome any way.the reception area felt very welcoming.the ladies behind the desk were so lovely.i would definitely recommend.thankyou so much for our stay."

"We had an excellent stay at Big 4 Middleton Beach! We booked the stunning beach house with wonderful views of the ocean. The house was enormous, had great facilities, comfy beds and was very quiet. The park facilities are excellent - pool, sauna, rec room, bike hire, jumping pillow. Hayley went above and beyond to help us after a Wotif booking issue. We always saw staff out and about maintaining the property. We will definitely be back!"

"Excellent hotel. The room was modern and clean with a beautiful view of the Marina. Staff were pleasant and helpful at all times of my stay. The only problem was the restaurant was very understaffed. Just two waiters for a very busy restaurant, however staff continued to work excellently and were still polite and patient. Overall, a really nice stay in a picturesque location."
