"This small hotel is set in a lovely location right on the beach with sea views and a laid back feel. The outdoor bath was a lovely feature. Patricia greeted us warmly and her service was excellent. "Very nice Spanish tradition hostel, unique in its decor throughout, immaculate rooms more like a Hotel. Be aware the restaurant is closed on Mondays, this may only be in the winter not sure, it is a bit out from the centre hence the name. Dogs are welcome at €10 "

"Its position on the beach makes it worth paying extra for a room with a sea view. I did that at check-in and I felt it was money well spent. I've been three times to the Continental and the staff are always cheerful and helpful and the breakfasts, particularly the buffet, is excellent. Parking is easy if you go slightly off season, and if you don't have a car, there is a local bus service that stops right in front of the hotel gardens and car park making access to everywhere else easy."

"We had a lovely 1- night half board stay at the Alegria palacio Mojacar. The food exceeded expectations. Staff lovely, drinks prices reasonable. We watched some Flamenco dancing in the hotel bar with a cocktail. Spa quite unique,2 saunas, a steam room and many different jets to discover in the pool €15 each for 90 minutes slot. Only downside is that nothing much else is in walking distance apart from the beach and a small supermarket. "

"The room was nice. The morning service in the Restaurant/Bar was very disappointing as the staff was rude when I mentioned there was a missing order of coffee or when I asked for the check. This happened two days in a row. We did mention this rude behavior to the supervisor of the restaurant. Additionally, the carpet and floor on the fourth floor was stained and very dirty. Outside the elevator, it seemed like there was a bump and hole in the concrete. "
