"Santa Ponsa is gorgeous: the buildings, the rooms, the grounds are all stunning. The setting is perfect. I cannot stress this enough. It's a perfect place to unwind. There were some glitches throughout our weekend stay, however. These are small, but for the price paid, they should be ironed out: shower temperature fluctuated a lot between very cold and scalding. "The house and gardens are great. We were a party of 11 and the house was spacious and enough room to accommodate us all. The single room on the first floor has very low ceilings not great for adults. Location suited us, however it is a long hilly walk to Son Bou approx 2.5k. And the drive upto the house is very rocky we got a puncture in the car. On the downside. Not enough sunbeds. Kitchen facilities do not really lend them selves to 11. There was a 3 ring hob, a small cooker and a microwave...
