Magnificent T2 on the ground floor with pool in Alata in southern Corsica

Nestled in the heart of nature, you can enjoy both the swimming pool and the beaches just 15 minutes from the house. On arrival, you will be provided with the first necessities: tea, coffee, milk, orange juice, mineral water, a local wine, accompanied by small dry cakes (canistrelli), free of charge.

T2 apartment of 52m² air-conditioned standing, including a living room - kitchen, a bedroom with TV, a bathroom wc.
This property has a terrace equipped with deckchairs and barbecue with panoramic views of the countryside and the chateau de la punta.

Bed sheets and towels included. Reservation only for the week or fortnight from April 1 to October 31 for the rest of the time three nights minimum.

Perfect holiday home in the mountains
Yanny’s place is lovely well with all the mod cons you need to make your stay comfortable. Its12mins drive from Ajaccio city centre and 10mins from the closest beach - Gulf of Lava. Its a perfect getaway nestled in the mountains and at convenient distance from Ajaccio airport. We had a great stay and happy to recommend this property.

Idyllic week in the mountains of Corsic
Yanny, the owner met us at the gate and we immediately felt at home. What a fantastic property and location. Exceptionally clean, comfortable and well equipped with outstanding panoramic views of the mountains. Our week in Alata was very peaceful and enjoyable. Looking forward to a future return.

Knus en gezellig verblijf
Het verblijf ligt in een klein bergdorpje, maar toch niet ver verwijderd van een bruisende stad als Ajaccio. We hadden een moeilijk begin om de residentie te vinden maar éénmaal aangekomen werd dit goedgemaakt door een knus en gezellig verblijf terug te vinden. Alles is aanwezig voor een prettig verblijf voor 2 personen. Een hapje en een verfrissing stonden klaar bij aankomst. Verder kunnen we dit verblijf enkel maar aanraden alles is aanwezig en de uitzichten over de omgeving maken er een topvakantie van. Een aanrader.

Parfait endroit
Idéalement situé proche d'Ajaccio, au calme sur une colline et avec une très belle vue, le logement très fonctionnel permet le plus grand repos en toute indépendance (propriétaire charmant et discret mais qui répond présent si besoin) tout en bénéficiant à chaque instant de la magnifique piscine. Nous reviendrons, c'est certain.

Propriété située à 15 minutes d'Ajaccio au calme, à la campagne avec les oiseaux et les moutons ...loin du tumulte de la ville. Magnifique 2 pièces avec des propriétaires très sympathiques. Nous avons passé 1 semaine très agréable. Nous sommes très heureux de ces vacances !!

Wunderschöne Wohnung
Wir hatten 14 Tage lang einen erholsamen Urlaub. Obwohl das Haus an einer kleinen Straße liegt stört sie kaum. Der Pool ist schön und die Wohnung sehr sauber und Modern eingerichtet. Die Küche bietet alles was man braucht. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen aber Korsika war nichts für uns. Wir lieben Andalusien. Aber da hat jeder seinen eigen Geschmack.

Séjour agréable dans cet appartement spacieux et très joliment décoré. Location tout confort. Propriétaires absolument charmants. L'appartement est un peu loin d'Ajaccio et il y a peu de lieux à visiter à proximité mais il est parfait pour un séjour de tourisme comme celui que nous y avons effectué.

Entspannung pur
Die Ferienwohnung ist umgeben von einem wunderschönen gepflegten großen Garten, in dem zur Nutzung ein toller großer Pool zur Verfühgung steht. Die Ferienwohnung ist ganz neu, super sauber und obtimal mit Allem ausgesttatet, was man braucht und mehr. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und kümmert sich promt um alle Wünsche. Wir haben unsere Woche in dieser außergewöhnlich tollen Unterkunft, die auch sehr gut gelegen ist für Ausflüge in die Region, sehr genossen und werden sie unseren Freunden weiter empfehlen.
