Ottima accoglienza da parte del Sig. Francesco preciso e puntuale. Casa in posizione ottima rispetto ai servizi ed a quelle che sono le attrazioni di Alassio. Assolutamente da ritornare in questo appartamento.

Das Objekt liegt an der Hauptstraße. Die Schlafzimmer allerdings sind hinten und somit hört man den Lärm nicht. Klimaanlagen waren vorhanden, fand ich super. Spülmaschine ist keine vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und Francesco war sehr hilfsbereit.

Appartamento comodo e spazioso ma molto rumoroso
Casa grande, ariosa e comodissima x negozi e spiaggia ma con affaccio sulla via principale dove il traffico non cala nemmeno di notte.

Die Wohnung war geräumig und bot ausreichend Platz. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Das einzige was etwas störte, war die Tatsache, dass die Wohnung an der Hauptstraße liegt, es dementsprechend nachts schonmal ziemlich laut war. Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt

Appartamento molto ampio, comodo per tutti i servizi e la spiaggia; WIFI (un pò debole), due TV, aria condizionata, letti a volontà. Sicuramente migliorabile la pulizia all'arrivo. Cucina e lavatrice un pò datate, ma in vacanza ci si adatta. Nell'insieme giudizio positivo. Accettano animali domestici.

Locatore cortese e disponibile. Appartamento molto ampio e pulito. Posizione centralissima, a portata di mano supermercato, edicola, panificio.. tutto. Spiagge e budello di Alassio a meno di due minuti a piedi. Consigliatissimo.
