Located on the 1st floor, the accommodation, completely renovated, has a living room, kitchen, double bedroom, bedroom with bunk bed, bathroom with shower, comfortable closet / dressing room and balcony.
Equipped with all comforts: independent heating, air conditioning, TV, kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, freezer, complete with dishes and dishes even for the "little ones", washing machine, clothesline, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, phon.

Vacanze stupenda, appartamento polito arredato con molto gusto , 2mn anche meno dalla spiaggia .Per quanto riguarda la proprietaria molto accogliente gentilussima , disponibilissima. Una certezza
Anche quest’anno abbiamo soggiornato alla Baiocca e non possiamo che riconfermare l’esperienza positiva dell’anno precedente. Pulizia della casa eccellente, a due passi dal mare e dotata di ogni comfort (tv, frigorifero grande, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, aspirapolvere, phon…). Ringraziamo anche Paola per la gentilezza e la disponibilità, ci auguriamo di poter tornare presto ad Alassio e di avere la fortuna di soggiornare in questo bellissimo appartamento. Super consigliato!

Gute und ruhige Lage
Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Quartier in Alassio, gleich gegenüber einem kleinen Minimarket. Ein Früchte-und Gemüsehändler und eine kleine Bäckerei sind auch in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Paola ist sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit und ist stets gut per Handy erreichbar.

Stadt und Badeurlaub in einem
Die zentrale Lage und kurzen Wege zum Meer, wie auch kleineren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten haben wir sehr genossen. Auch schön fanden wir, nicht im lauten Stadtkern zu wohnen, sondern am Ausläufer einer Fußgängerzone. Parken ist nicht ganz einfach, aber wir wollten eh nicht mit dem Auto umherfahren und haben es an einem Parkplatz abgestellt, der sicher und beleuchtet vor einem Hotel war. Die Vermieterin war für uns immer erreichbar und An-, wie auch Abreise haben reibungslos funktioniert. Da wir Ikea lieben, hat uns auch die Einrichtung sehr gefallen und es ist alles vorhanden, um einen gemütlichen Urlaub zu verbringen. Wichtig für alle, die sich selbst verpflegen möchten. Es gibt keine Gewürze, Öl, Essig und Co. von Vormietern. Also alle mitbringen oder vor Ort kaufen. Auch die Küche ist gut ausgestattet! Die Waschmaschine funktioniert auch ganz einfach 😁.

Ausgezeichnete Unterkunft!
Haben unseren Urlaub bestens in dieser perfekt gelegenen Ferienwohnung verbracht! Die Anzeige passte zu 100 % auf die vorgefundene Wohnung, alles perfekt sauber, und dank effizienter und sehr leiser Klimaanlage auch sehr angenehm zu Wohnen. Für eine Familie mit Kindern wirklich ideal, der kleine Balkon zum Wäsche aufhängen erleichtert den Alltag sehr. Einziges Manko ist die schwierige Parkplatzsituation - aber dies trifft auf die gesamte Innenstadt zu, dafür braucht man auch nur 5 Minuten bis zum Strand.... Wir werden definitiv die Wohnung weiter empfehlen.

Appartamento molto carino a due passi dal mare
Abbiamo soggiornato nell’appartamento per una settimana. Check-in super flessibile. La proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile. L’appartamento si trova al primo piano ( con una scala un pochino ripida, per noi che avevamo il passeggino) ed è oltre che piacevolmente arredato anche molto funzionale: c’è proprio tutto quello che serve(elettrodomestici nuovissimi, stendipanni esterno/interno, condizionamento, etc). È estremamente curato per quanto riguarda la pulizia.

Appartamento moderno, ben attrezzato e a due passi dal mare, nel centro di borgo coscia. Pulizia della casa e della biancheria ottima. Lo stabile silenzioso ed ordinato è composto da poche unità abitative, l’ideale per una vacanza. La proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile, molto apprezzato il regalo di benvenuto.
