"The staff member at the reception were super nice, although the breakfast was excellent, if you are not driving there is a long walk to the metro and places to dine are far If you are driving there is an extra fee at the hotel for parking. "

"It was easy to locate and close enough from the train station to walk.Also very close to the AYUNTAMIENTO and police Department as I felt safe in this zone. I loved how they gave us vlean towels and cleaned our rooms, with an extra refrigerator and microwave outside in a different room. I felt like I was more at home. "

"Clean, comfortable and nice place to stay next to the airport. Big room with everything you need. The staff was super friendly and recommended me a place to eat walking distance from the hotel, his owner and wife makes homemade food, it was amazing! Loved staying here before my super early flight. "

"We stayed here Mar 13-Mar 26, 2025. This is a beautiful hotel in the very heart of Alcala De Henares Spain. The restaurant on site was a wonderful place for food and the service was amazing. Two of the staff went way above to make us feel warm and welcome. Manuele Maggio was a stand out along with Helena. The rooms were very comfortable with lots of storage and a nice bathroom. "
