This astonishing Villa is so very special, because it is Not situated in a villa holiday parc, but just in a beatifull natural environement above Alanya, only 2000 meters from the beach and city center (Bus departures directly from the villa). Although nearby the facilities, it guarantees you privacy and a peaceful surrounding area. Among the Orange trees, Oleander & Bougainville, you can enjoy the smell of blossom, the panoramic Sea view, and the excellent food from your own BBQ. You would like some more? Choose between your three terraces! Walk out of your bedroom directly into your own Swimming pool. The Pool is totally private, no neighbours can see you. Two bedrooms are provided with their private bathrooms, Two other bedrooms have a very luxury bathroom to share. In your living you have a magnificent Sea-view, or at the other side, a beautiful Mountain view through your special panoramic window. At the same time, all windows are protected with curtains or blinds for optimum privacy!

Absolutely famous for one or two families

The villa of course is provided with a luxury kitchen, luxury furniture, beds, bedlinen and Towels.

The Villa Kestel can be booked online directly by clicking the book now button. While The price definetly is very much more atttactive compared to other villa's, we are sorry that we will not respond to questions regarding a reduction on the mentioned Price. Please, dont be angry, you will surely agree when you are there!

the payment is made in an secured online environment on this HomeAway website. Like booking your airline tickets, also this villa needs to be paid uppon the moment of booking. Cancelling the reservation in a later moment, can be declared at Your travel insurance.

We do ask a damage protection fee of 400 euro. This fee is to be paid at the moment you arrive at the Villa. After Your stay, you will receive this fee back, minus Your use of electricity. If you do act like at home, electricity bill will be normal. Depending on the number of guests, the electricity bill is usually between 75 and 100 euro. (0,25 ct per KWH).

Airport:
Nearest by Airport is Alanya Gazipasa ( 20 minute drive ). A bigger Airport with much more and better priced flights, is Antalya Airport (1 hour and 45 minute drive.)

Carrental:
Denizhan rentat a car is highly recommended.
You will be personnaly picked up from the airport with your rental car, in which you drive to your villa, so you have your private car during your stay. You drive back the car to the airport after your stay, and just drop it off there. The car is always young and safe and is provided by a famous rental car company.
Rental fee's are depending on the season, but they start from 17 euro per day (or 25 in the highseason).

Transfer:
transfer can be arranged from/to the airport/villa by several transfercompanies. These companies mostly are offered upon your flight booking, and if not, we suggest you 7/24 transfer, to be found online.

Bus:
At the villa, there is busstop 202, which brings you to the Beach and the city every 10 minutes in a 10 minute drive. For your comfort we do recommend a rental car.

Check in time is between 16.00 and 21.00. Check out time is at 10.00 am.
If no other tennants are before you, or after you, these times are more flexibel. You can always deposit Your bagage in the villa after checkout, or before Checkinn.

When in Turkey, the country’s habits are to be respected. Nearby of the Villa, the beautiful local mosque will sound approx 5 times per day, for a short praire. We wish you a very lovely holiday in Villa Kestel!

Property was very spacious with good views of Alanya and Kestel. Arrived at Villa after eleven hours travelling. It would be nice to have a couple of bottles of water, tea or coffee and a snack as a welcome pack. Arrived on Saturday, had issues with water supply and electricity during stay. Not able to flush toilets, have showers, wash clothes or dishes.

Very nice villa
We loved this villa with private pool and a lot of spaces. Good for family's and the view is amaizing. The villa was clean and the pool was great. Marcel who gave us the keys where very friendly and helpful. The only bad thing was that the sheets and covers where not clean so we had to put them in the clothwasher. And we where 12 persons but there was only beds for 9 persons so we had to improvise so the kids slept on the floor. But otherwise everything else where great. We would love to come here again.

Prachtige rustig gelegen villa met mooi uitzicht
Wij hebben met onze familie heerlijk genoten van de villa en het prachtige uitzicht vanuit de villa. De villa staat op een rustig gelegen plek in de bergen waardoor je ook echt tot rust kan komen. De villa was mooi ingericht en voorzien van alle benodigdheden. Er was ook wifi aanwezig. Wanneer het te heet was om erop uit te gaan, waren we bij het zwembad aan het genieten. Wij hadden wel een auto gehuurd voor 2 weken zodat we lekker overal rond konden rijden. Beneden bij de bergen vind je heel veel picknick plekken in het water van de Dim rivier. Prachtige plekken en zeker ook een aanrader om een keer heen te gaan. Verder zijn we nog naar het middeleeuwse kasteel van Alanya geweest en ook daar is het uitzicht prachtig! Het contact met de verhuurder verliep heel goed. De contactpersoon van de villa is een hele vriendelijke man en stond altijd voor ons klaar als we zijn hulp nodig hadden. Wij willen de verhuurder en contactpersoon vriendelijk bedanken voor alles. En misschien wel tot een volgende keer!

Beautiful villa with great view
We had a great time in this spacious villa, and at arrival everything was nice and clean. The nearby local shop was helpful for bread and drinks. The host was friendly and tried to be helpful with all kind of things. The pool was great, and we enjoyed it (almost) every day. The bus stop in front of the door made it very easy to go to the city of Alanya. It was difficult though to figure out the schedule, and if we wanted to go back to the villa the bus was often too crowded or sometimes he didn't show up for a long time. A taxi is recommended for the way back to the villa. Renting a car would also be convenient, but not necessary. We enjoyed our stay, and would also recommend it to others.

Villa met alle comfort met een adembenemend panora
De beschrijving van het huis en de foto's kloppen volledig met de werkelijkheid. Alles is ook zeer netjes. Op het moment van onze aankomst werden we goed opgevangen door een plaatselijke contactpersoon. Omdat we met 7 personen waren, besloten we om geen auto te huren maar dit hebben we niet ervaren als een handicap. Onze contactpersoon ging met ons de grote aankopen doen en gaf voldoende suggesties. Om het half uur kwam er net voor de villa een busje. De taxi's zijn ook zeer goedkoop. Bij elke mogelijke vraag was deze contactpersoon steeds bereikbaar. Ook de eigenaar, die in Nederland woont, is ontzettend correct! Een nog niet dikwijls ervaren service en dus een aanrader voor mensen die niet direct in de drukte willen vertoeven maar ook niet te afgelegen willen zitten.

Amazing Holiday at Villa Kestel
The Dansholm Family Vacation 2015 : My Family and I, have just returned from the most amazing holiday, in Mr. Baar's astonishing villa in Alanya. We couldn't be happier with the villa, the host and of cause the all important swimmingpool! The fantastic villa also have the most spectacular view over the ocean. Our children spend every day in the pool, from sun up, untill sun down. The surrounding area in and around Alanya provides a lot of activies for both children, elderly and young people. Some of the things we did was going on boattrips swimming with seaturtles, cliffdiving, going to the beach for jetskiing, going to the Bazar shopping, going to the waterpark for the big waterslides and dining out in some of Alanyas very nice and cheap restaurants. Dim Cave, very close to the villa is also worth a visit and Dim Cayi for a very nice relaxing time and atmosphere! Public transport is avaliable only 50meters from the villa, but I will recommend getting a rentalcar nevertheless. You can drive to the city center in less then 10minutes, from the villa and also most attractions in the area. The experience vacationing in Mr. Baar's villa was so good, that we are considering comming back next year, for another wonderfull holiday in this all new and very modern luxury villa. Mr. Baar will most definitely have our sincerest and warmest recommendations! The Dansholm Family Denmark...

Traum Urlaub in Alanya
Hallo Liebe Urlauber, Ich habe diese Villa für meine Flitterwochen gebucht damit ich meine Privatsphäre mit meiner Frau habe. Bei der Reservierung hat alles sehr gut geklappt der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hat sich immer gemeldet wenn ich fragen hatte. Bei der Buchung gab es keine Probleme, alles hat sehr gut geklappt. Als ich mit meiner Frau in der Villa ankam, waren wir positiv überrascht, weil die Villa genau wie auf den Bildern war. Der Empfang an der Villa war auch sehr freundlich, sie waren immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wir wollen uns von hier nochmal an die Empfänger in alanya bedanken super super freundlich. Die Villa ist sehr schön, man hat einen unbeschreiblichen Ausblick von der Villa, meine Frau und ich werden diesen Ausblick und den Sonnenuntergang niemals vergessen. Der Privatpool ist groß und sehr schön. Die Villa ist optimal für einen angenehmen Urlaub. Die Kaution haben wir auch zurück bekommen, also wir können nur sagen das der Vermieter sehr seriös ist. Wir können diese Villa jeden weiter empfehlen....

Wunderschöne villa zum empfehlen!!!
Es ist ein sehr schönes villa. Was ich nur weiter empfehlen kann. Der besitzer und der kontakt person in alanya sind sehr nett, es hat alles super geklapp :) das villa ist 10 min mit auto von alanya stadt entfernt... Es liegt auf dem berg in kestel was natürlich einen sehr schönen ausblick und schöne sonnenuntergänge hat! Das villa hat alles was man braucht. Was ich ihnen rate ist dass sie ein auto mieten sollten!! Bedanke mich nochmal für die schöne zeit in ihrer villa :)

Toller Vermieter erste klasse:-)))!!!
Wir konnten leider die Reise nicht dort im Haus antreten, aber was ich bestimmt sagen ist, dass der Vermieter sehr sehr nett und hilfreich ist in jeder Hinsicht und das ich Ihn weiterempfehlen kann und das Objekt ganz bestimmt sehr schön ist, bei solchen Vermietern! Vielleicht klappt es beim nächsten mal ich komme bestimmt darauf zurück-:))!!!

Werkelijk genieten
Woorden schieten tekort om te beschrijven hoe fijn onze laatste vakantie was die we hebben doorgebracht in villa Kestel te Alanya. We zijn al eerder in Turkije geweest maar voor het eerst besloten we om niet op hotel te gaan en ergens iets te huren. Ik moet eerlijk toegeven dat we in het begin een beetje argwanend waren t.o.v. de mooie foto's, de beschrijving en het aantrekkelijk aanbod van villa Kestel. Misschien ook omdat we ons met een 6 maanden oude baby geen risico's konden permitteren. Achteraf bleek dat het huren van dit verblijf werkelijk elke euro waard was. Het eerste contact met de verhuurder Hans Baar verliep zodanig vlot dat het gewoon goed aanvoelde. En sinds dat gesprek is deze man ons werkelijk op alle vlakken tegemoet gekomen. Villa Kestel is gelegen op een berg dus je bevindt je werkelijk in de volle natuur. De villa is privé gelegen wat wij wel konden appreciëren. Op het warmst van de dag bleven we met onze baby lekker thuis. De villa bevat alle luxe en is aangenaam om in te verblijven. Aan het zwembad of op het terras met het uitzicht op zowel zee (in de verte) als op het mooie landschap raakte je nooit uitgekeken. Tenminste zo hebben wij dat ervaren gedurende ons verblijf van 2 weken. Alanya is een mooie bad-plaats met behoorlijk veel groen. De Turkse mensen zijn aardig en gastvrij... We hebben ons echt geen enkele keer onveilig gevoeld. Wat toch ook erg belangrijk is als je met een baby (of kinderen) reist. Indien we de tijd zouden kunnen terugdraaien en wetende wat we nu weten zouden we deze vakantie naar Alanya met het verblijf in villa Kestel zeker opnieuw doen. We kunnen op geen betere manier aangeven hoe goed het ons is bevallen. Echt aan te bevelen! Naj & Red

Prachtig Huis en omgeving
Wat een prachtig huis hebben wij gehad in Alanya. De verhuurder heeft niets te veel gezegd en was zelf aanwezig om ons te ontvangen. Hij had al gezegd over het huis ernaast en was nog niet af. Dat zag er een beetje lelijk uit maar dat was alleen als we opzij keken niet zo mooi. Er werd niet gewerkt of zo. Voor wat afscheiding werden er plotseling een paar grote prachtige planten gebracht waaronder een heerlijk ruikende jasmijn. Toen was het eigenlijk al opgelost. en ons huis met zoveel luxe hadden wij nog nooit gehad want we huren altijd een appartementje. Dit keer hadden wij voor hetzelfde geld een hele luxe villa! Wij hebben genoten van het (nog koude) zwembad en het was er lekker rustig. savonds zijn wij veel uit eten geweest. Dan hoefden wij alleen maar de heuvel af en daar waren de restaurants en de boulevard. Ook de rivier was heel dichtbij en ook de grot van Dim. Dat is heel erg leuk. wij komen zeker weer terug het was heel erg om weg te moeten maar hopelijk kunnen we snel weer.
