Staff was amazing. For this classification of hotels, and for the price i want to pay, it is excellent. Giving it a 4 or 5 star rating would do a disservice to some of the more expensive hotels that are newer and bigger. I was very happy here

This is a safe and convenient property. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was your average hotel breakfast, and the coffee was fresh and hot. I'd stay here again at that price point.

The owner of the property was very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. The property itself was budget friendly and clean. Dated but well taken care of! They also had sleds customers could borrow and use for free for the dunes.

Everything was very good from our check in at the desk to our delightful room which provided most of the amenities we needed. However, the king size bed was too large in that there was little room on one side of the bed to enter and no side table with lamp. Also the electrical outlet by the bed was poorly located - next to the mattress. It would be better to have outlets provided on the night stands. Other than that all was fine. We left before breakfast but was able to get hot coffee, muffins, and a yogurt which was much appreciated. Thank you.
