"The price was good for the area. The hotel is dated. It was clean but needs updating to make it feel clean. The gal that checked us in was pleasant but the gentleman in the morning could barely take the time to say good morning. Just fair warning to others ... the breakfast consists of cereal, toast, limited choices of oatmeal packs and hard boiled eggs. There was a waffle maker but no hot foods like most hotel breakfasts have. It was fine for one night but I won't be a repeat customer at this...

"The front manager was nice. They were able to accommodate us with a downstairs room as requested. The room was nice and the bed was very very comfortable. After a long weekend for a funeral, the bed was a welcome relief. The room and stay were very comfy. They did have breakfast too. Thank you! "

"The evening front desk staff was wonderful. Very friendly and accommodating. The room was beautiful and quiet (from traffic, trains and other guests); the bed was comfortable. Drawbacks: the room was not very clean, but the sheets were clean! That's a plus! Solution: I went to Walmart to buy Lysol wipes and wiped down everything which made my stay much better. Would I stay there again? Yes, but I will bring a tub of Lysol wipes. "

"The hosts have owned this for over 45 years and are proud of this nice motel. As they should be. Clean and good restaurants within walking distance. Not a modern hotel but in good shape. Highly recommended!"

"Es un buen lugar de descanso cuando vas de paso por la ciudad, no tiene nada de especial, nos tocó una habitación en buenas condiciones, aunque si te pones a revisarla a detalle te das cuenta que la limpieza solo es hasta donde alcanza la escoba, hay partes que tienen mucho sin limpiarse. "

"The owners were awesome hosts. Beautiful home in nice area. The breakfast was a large home cooked meal which was perfect. Snacks and drinks were offered as well. Highly recommended versus staying at a hotel in this town. "
