"Juan met us in Torres to check us in and the house is about 3km out of town in the middle of olive groves down a bit of an paved road. It has a lovely balcony for eating out with great views of the surrounding mountains and olive groves. Four good modern bedrooms with two good bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen though there is no oven. A big lounge and dining room with an amazing fire in the dining room which heats the whole house when it is on automatically. The pool is of a decent size and...

"This property is really unique. The location is wonderful and it is an authentic cottage that has been redone. As such, there are some quirky aspects that I really didn't pay attention to when we booked. The location is near hiking trails and villages. We loved visiting Castril (30 min) and Cazorla (70 min). "The property was excellent and it was unfortunate that the pool was closed as it was disappointing to the children who wanted to use it. Staff was very accommodating and the food in the restaurant was excellent. Would have liked to have a people access point through the gate from the parking lot for those who have trouble climbing stairs. "
