"Thank you for a wonderful stay at Imren Han. Albeit the hotel was a 2 minutes walk from the centre of Alacati, it was incredibly quiet and peaceful. The staff were lovely and always helpful. The breakfast was amazing and the guests were lovely. I would highly recommend and wouldn’t look anywhere else if I were to come to Alacati again! "

"Central hotel in old part of town so had to park car outside of this area in the road. Very difficult to find on foot - no one seemed able to help. Carried bags for one night, wouldn’t like to roll a case over cobbles as some did. The room itself was clean and adequate. Only a small round window up high so no view and dark. Nowhere to sit comfortably outside. Having said that, in the morning, the breakfast was the best we have had in Türkiye and staff friendly."

"Beautiful hotel. Great location. The bathroom in our room was very, very small, the room however was very spacious and confortable. The internet connection never worked. They were going two close for the autumn/winter season a few days after we stayed (sep 27), therefore the hotel was not running properly. For example they had no cold drinks to offer with breakfast. It felt like the staff lacked proper training."

"We kregen een economie kamer waar we niet zo blij mee waren. Was benauwd en er hing een onaangenaamde geur. Aangegeven dat we het niks vonden en ze hebben het mooi opgelost en kregen we een grotere kamer zonder extra betaling. Kamer zag er super uit met airco. Sinds de eerste dag veel aandacht gekregen. Hele lieve personeel en vragen telkens of je wat nodig hebt. Lekkere ontbijt niet super luxe maar kan altijd aangeven als je wat extra’s wilt. Redelijke zwembad. Wel zeker een aanrader....

"We arrived in the middle of the night, but no one was there to check us in, and no clear instructions for how to contact the staff, in spite of their claim of offering 24 hour check in. Eventually we found a member of staff, and he checked us in and gave us our key. The room was not the room we booked - it was much, much smaller. Worse, the room had a very strong odour of feces emanating from the bathroom. Staff refused to change our room and instead sprayed air fresher around the room. I...
