"Hotel bus pickup and drop off at airport was a plus. Hotel was modern, quiet and clean. Lots of dining options. Uber pickup was a min wait only. 15 min walk to Subway station was a bit far. Major highways make it difficult to walk about."

"This hotel/residence is perfect for family or couples, it has a big supermarket close by, nandos literally outside and coffee beans which is amazing, the customer service and hospitality I received from all staff especially Aladeilaine and Ashraf was outstanding, going above and beyond, I had few issues but it was resolved immediately by Aladeilaime and Ashraf, I stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment and its a luxurious wow apartment, so spacious and clean, daily housekeeping but you have to call them, I would definitely recommend this hotel/apartment, when I go doha again I will definitely be staying in this hotel/apartment again. Thank You for a pleasant experience and service.This hotel/residence is perfect for families or couples. There's a large supermarket nearby, and Nando's is just outside, along with Coffee Beans, which is fantastic. The customer service and hospitality I received from all the staff, especially Aladeilaine and Ashraf, were outstanding; they truly went above and beyond. I encountered a few issues, but Aladeilaine and Ashraf resolved them immediately. I stayed in a luxurious three-bedroom apartment that was spacious and clean, with daily housekeeping available upon request. I would definitely recommend this hotel/apartment. When I visit Doha again, I will certainly stay here. Thank you for a pleasant experience and excellent service!"

"We just wanted to take the opportunity to thank everyone at Rixos for looking after us so well during our week long stay at the hotel last week. The hotel is excellently appointed, and in a good location making it easily accessible to the main attractions, and our room was perfect. The food at both breakfast and for evening dinner as part of our half board package was really good, with plenty of choice and variety. Overall, we had a lovely time and everyone without exception was warm, friendly and nothing but helpful. Just a notable mention however for everyone who works in the Farmhouse restaurant at breakfast and for dinner. They work tirelessly and always with a smile. It’s really hard to single out any one individual given everyone was so attentive and welcoming, but a special thank you to Duncan and Kiki for their hard work and care and attention they gave us at breakfast and evening dinner - they are a huge credit and ambassadors for Rixos Doha. We really hope to be able to come back to Doha and the Rixos again. "
