We booked a six days trip for Riu Dubai, send them an email that we are celebrating a special occasion and if possible early check in. They replied back with the check in request but not asking me anything about my special occasion.That was very disappointing. We are Riu Hotel’s customers for more than twelve years, and that never happened. Probably policy company. Regular customers didn’t get any benefits. Hotel staff were very nice, very polite, always ready to help. Food was good but repetitive. Good choices of drinks. Overall we had a good holiday.

My experience at The Lana was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the sheer elegance and attention to detail. The hotel exudes luxury in every corner—everything from the stunning interiors to the impeccable service felt top-tier.
The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and had the most breathtaking views. The amenities were next-level, making my stay feel extra boujee and special. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and the dining options were absolutely exquisite.
If you're looking for a high-end, unforgettable experience, The Lana is the place to be. I can’t wait to return!
