"Arrived late at night after a flight to be told they had given away my room as I hadn't arrived by 6pm. Why? My credit card had already been authorised by Expedia. Was left stranded in Riyadh during LEAP so no hotels were available and was forced to pay a fortune last-minute for the only hotel available on the night."

"We loved our stay. From the check in the gentleman was very kind and polite. Our room was spacious and very clean. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The only two side downs were: Breakfast options were not that many and compared to other hotels things can be improved, however the quality was good and the options available were tasty. The swimming pool area definitely need maintenance, the wood tiles were coming out, which can great a fall hazard for the kids. The swimming pool had bottle waters inside and lots of sand, but we highly recommend this hotel and enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back! "
