With my sister, daughter and friend all together, we felt safe at the hotel and in the area. Great room with plenty of space and wonderful windows. We've been to the Encore and actually like this property better. However, the pool was closed and the other pool was always packed. I feel we shouldn't have had to pay the entire resort cost and would appreciate a refund on part of it.
All the staff was helpful!
