"Location, unit design and size are all good. But the resort requires maintenance (electrical, plumbing, and painting) as lack of it started to show. Wifi service is very slow, and 4G coverage in the area is poor. The is no food serving facility in this resort, which could be inconvenient sometimes, and given the location of this resort, there are limited food delivery services as well. "The hotel confused my booking and set me up in 2 villas. The villa i received was full of sand, the surfaces were smugged frommprevious use, the furniture was marred with cigareete burns, the tv was not hooked up and had protective film still on it, there was no internet service. I attempted to csncel my secpnd night with a refund and I was denied. I was charged for the four breakfast I didn't attend too. "
