"This is a great budget hotel in downtown Cairo. Staff is incredibly friendly. Best part of the hotel for sure. It is on the 5th and 6th floor of a building so intially you need to climb some stairs. I didn’t like the furniture that needs upgrading within 2-3 years, I didn’t like room service that needed a new menu and chef, I didn’t like the relative lack of training of staff at concierge and overall.
