"All the staff were incredible particularly Habiba, Front Desk Manager,who gets a Gold Star for Service, Mosehli, Manager, and Khamis who handled our bags and showed us the property upon arrival and was very helpful at our departure. Saner and Nancy in the evening Front Desk were very helpful. Helal from Housekeeping as well as Mohammad. Ibrahim and Ms. Amal from Breakfast were also very helpful. We had an incredible stay at an incredible historic hotel. "

"The staff were amazing and the room was clean and refreshed each day. There is a restaurant as part of the complex that offers a view of the pyramids and a small pool. Whilst the surrounding area offers little it is still only a ten min walk to the pyramids and the hotel courtyard is beautiful. "

"Probably the best hotel in the Giza area. We stayed here twice and both times were excellent. Amazing view of the pyramids in the museum. We checked out some of the other hotels around and this is definitely the nicest one! The breakfast buffet is the best in town and Chef Josh really took care of us at dinner picking us some specialty Egyptian items. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone"

"Had a great time in Cairo. The hotel was in a great location, with an ATM very close by, which was extremely convenient. The staff were very nice and friendly, especially Marium, who went out of her way to help me. When my Uber driver to the airport started messaging me asking for more money, I had to cancel the ride. Marium kindly arranged a taxi for me, which ended up being cheaper than Uber. The hotel’s location made it easy to reach most of the main attractions with a quick Uber ride. I...

"Hotel is womderful. We had a terrible experience at the previous hotel we satyed and hotels.com was useless in helping us resolve our issue. But as soon as we got to the Hyatt it was great. The only disappointing part of the Hyatt is that we didnt stay there sooner and avoid the disaster we experienced. The hotel has multiple security checkpoints to enter and exit the property.
