We booked saan kan mastersuite thru expedia when we checked in they stated they were remodeling and we couldnt get that room. Which was a lie found out the day of our check in the rooms were over sold and some people got those rooms. We got a lower category room jr suite that was super outdated but the biggesr issue it was dirty the bathroom and shower walls were dirty and were not cleaned in the 5 nights we were there. The the door to outside deck was broke, the bathroom glass door didnt work there were blood stain on the bed sheet and ball of tape inside the duvet. The rugs had white powder on them they were dirty. We never got shampoo cond body wash refills till the 4th night when we had to ask for them at front desk. Those were all the issues with the oudated room. The food at restaurants were horrible drinks were watered down. The hotel had leaks the restaurants had towels on window seals due to leaking. Overall the hotel it self and restaurants were horrible I would not stay here ever again. The only positive thing this hotel has was the beach and some staff. I would like to recognize Lilian at concierge for trying to be helpful and was nice. The person who checked us in was rude and tried shut my husband up when we vocalized that we were upset that we got a lower room catergory then what we paid for. Which is theonly reason why we chose this hotel. Due to rooftop room
