"I like the hotel, the location, facilities and the staff are very good, hence this is the second time we have stayed. However both visits have been made whilst construction works have been ongoing at the site adjacent and this year maintenance works were being carried out at the outdoor swimming pool which ment it was not usable. I would say that the hotel were very understanding when approached about these issues and thus I would have no hesitation in staying again."

"It’s a great hotel and being there for Christmas was great other than being very disappointed with there Christmas Day lunch the food was excellent, the layout excellent but the band they had was so loud in no way could you talk at the meal plus being so loud we had to eat the meal quick and get out of the room, we would have had a very bad headache with the noise. Will go again to this hotel but never again for Christmas unless they do not get it with ideal sound."

"Great hotel with a great location, everything within walking distance = old town, old port and new Marina. Great for a short break, easy check-in. The hotel has a fantastic roof-top bar and restaurant, clean good sized rooms, friendly staff, great buffet breakfast with plenty of options, and a relaxing spa area (this is at an additional cost) but a great post marathon massage with Georgia at Phe spa. The only negative I have to say about the hotel is that it is on a busy road and the sea front...

"Good quality hotel, very clean, good food and service. First impressions of the surrounding area aren’t great, but it’s actually only a few minutes walk to the beach and local stores, attractions etc. FYI the car park is a small, open dirt lot just on the other side of the road from the hotel. There’s no signage and it’s easy to drive past; which isn’t ideal as it’s a one-way street. Inside the hotel is really nice; everything is to a high standard, though amenities are small. "The only thing I didn’t like was I asked the front desk about going to the City of Dreams casino, if the casino enforces the rule of no open toes shoes or flip flops. The woman said it is strictly enforced. So I bought a pair of closed toe shoes in the hotel shop. Everyone at the casino had flip flops on. I couldn’t return the shoes I bought because our flight out was before the shop opened. If you don’t know something just say you don’t know."

"Nice hotel in a central location near to the beach. The staff were very friendly, especially Yusuf at reception. I arrived before the official check in time and my room was not prepared but he immediately found me another room which was ready. Top service. "
