Situated on a quiet street, the apartment is just minutes away from the Highland Square Theatre, Mustard Seed Market and House Three Thirty. The University of Akron is two miles away.

Inside the apartment, a dedicated workspace awaits, complete with high-speed internet and a cozy reading nook where you can unwind. The bedrooms offer a relaxing retreat with high-end bedding and white noise machines to ensure a restful sleep. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare any meal with ease and includes a stocked coffee & tea station for your convenience. Rest assured, this owner-operated rental is sparkling clean. If there’s anything you need, we live nearby and own the vintage clothing shop, Akorn Vintage, in one of the store-front units on the bottom floor. Feel free to pop in and say hello!
