"Large, clean room with partial lake view. Lovely breakfast on rooftop bar with fab views. Managed to park right outside with a few steps to hotel. No one around initially to check in, but eventually appeared…. Very friendly…gave us a choice of two rooms…. Very informal and no English! Lovely stay."

"This place was excellent value for money. Our room didn't have an en suite and we used a shared bathroom. The gentleman who greeted us didn't speak English but was so friendly and helpful bringing us water and coffee without changing while we sat on the terrace.The area is lovely and we enjoyed a walk around the peninsula."

"We stayed in an apartment advertised for 5 people. When we arrived, we found three beds had been made up (staff provided extra linen for us for the sofa bed). The apartment was generally not very clean - dirty walls, holes in doors, etc. - though the bathroom and kitchenette were OK. There are no insect screens and no fans so we got mosquito-bitten.
