"This is a lovely quiet hotel/ryokan. Beautiful large room with everything set up for onsen the Japanese bath, which was also delightful. The staff was very very sweet and helpful. We didn’t eat at the hotel; there are wonderful restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is a few hundred meters from the tourist area which is very quiet after 5 pm. Great place. "

"The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. There is an onsite private onsen that can be reserved for 30 minutes. Our room was very spacious with a view overlooking the town. We could see the Itsukushima Jinja from our window. We slept on futons on the tatami mat floor and had no complaints. The hotel is approximately a 25-minute walk from the ferry.
