"Great location close to everything. a lot of restaurants nearby. Public transport to Shinkansen station close by, Tram to Miyajimaguchi is not to far either. Walking distance to Peace Memorial. The staffs are very helpful, courteous and friendly. The room is clean and the facilities seem new. I like the bunk bed concept, which gives me more space. I had my own private bathroom, so it's a properly equipped hotel room equivalent but better priced. The first floor has a lot of table for surfing and...

"Honestly the best hostel in all over japan!Great gathering area,close to key places for sightseeing,clean and excellent staff! The only negative is that the doorframes are short and if you tall like me(1,90) you will hit your head. "

"I can only comment on customer service as the recent Typhoon prevented us from traveling. They really take their no cancellation policy seriously and will not even give you a refund in the case of a natural disaster preventing you from traveling. Extremely unimpressed by this place and would not recommend booking with them. Took them 5 days to even respond to my cancellation request."

"The host was really nice and gave me an intro in the best English he could manage. My dorm had its own toilet and shower to use between 6, with two more of each outside of the room. Everything was very clean, my only criticism is that I was very hot during the night. There was aircon, but it seemed to only fan hot air half of the time and cold air only occasionally. "

"For those who use JR pass, exiting to hotel is by unmanned gate, but I've been using it by showing the pass at the camera on the ceiling without any problems. The stayed was good and only problem with it does not have from others is little bedside curtain for individuals privacy and bidet toilet. Railway line is good as it goes pass Hiroshima station to the east without changing train."

"A fairly basic hostel but with attitude. The Dutch guy at the desk was mellow but owner Koh was so loud that his voice would carry upstairs from the bar to the beds upstairs as he held court downstairs. Amenities were OK but tiny hang-out space. The guests weren't noisy but Koh is clearly looking to create a party house."
